Picked these up for my heavy bag and have not been disappointed. Wife has the smaller pair also. I've been using them for a year, 2-3 times a week when I work in a session. They are very comfortable, give plenty of protection and are not too difficult to get on and off. Since I'm nice and new to hitting a heavy bag, breaks are important. It's not difficult to grab the water bottle. towel, etc. during a quick break with the gloves on. I also bought a full size glove and definitely prefer using these, but both are fun and useful. These are super nice for the price. Will just use these for a bag, so wont put extreme stress on them. You can tell they are well made and are built to last though. Didn't think I was going to like the open palm but I don't mind it at all. They feel good and strap nicely to your hands and wrists. If they take a crap I will update the review but I honestly just can't see that happening for using them on a bag. Other reviews state heavy usage for years and they are still holding up.
