This review is for the 12” diameter fan by Simple Deluxe. We needed a fan for drying residual water on tiles of our bathroom shower. Wow, this fan is a little powerhouse! Only 12” diameter, but moves mountains of air. Dries a very tall large tiled line shower on about 20 minutes. Simply amazing. What I like most about this fan is the easy-to-clean feature—metal clips and a small bolt hold the grille in place. Very easy to undo and allows you to wipe off dust from the grille and impeller. No metal screws into plastic fittings which allow just a few undo-ings until the plastic threads get stripped. Why is this so important? Keeping the impeller free of built up dust and grime allow the fan to work efficiently w less friction and kess wear/tear on the motor. More about why I like this fan… Brushless motor. This is built to last. It might need a few drops of oil from time to time. That’s alot easier and economical than replacing the entire appliance. (A “brush” motor has little carbon pins that make contact to keep the motor running…but with each turn of the motor, those pins (“brush”) wear down until eventually no contact can be made, and the motor will not turn anymore.). Whirring sound like a smooth propeller. Perfectly centered, no wobble or asymmetry. Almost a white noise type sound. Solid construction, all metal. 3 speeds. High moves 1800 CFM ! Moves mountains of air in a tiny 12” size. Best of all, EZ to clean! Did I already explain how easy this fan is to clean? It is a rare gem in a sea of throw away plastic fans with metal screws into plastic threads that allow only a few undoings before they will not hold together anymore and the entire appliance needs to be replaced. P.S. During summer heat dome weather, we place this on the floor of our coolest room. It distributes cool air and the room feels as if it has a little AC on. Bottom line: highly recommend this fan for quality build, function and compact-but-mighty size. ... show more

I had some water that came in my basement. I vacuumed up the water plugged this fan in and WOW does it move the air. I didn’t want to spend a bunch on a big industrial fan. I read the reviews on this fan so I thought for $50.00 I would try it. It is running in my basement as I am writing this and sounds like a 747 jet but hey it is doing what I need it to do..Dry up my basement. Excellent fan. I have tried many fans over the years dealing with this basement. They are basically “ oh it’s hot 🥵 get the fan out” kind of fans. If you need something to move a lot of air buy this. It’s lightweight so it’s easy to move around and when your done put it back in the box for the next time. 👍 ... show more

Simple Deluxe 12 Inch 3-Speed, High Velocity, Metal Industrial Floor Fans is nice looking and good fen. The price was great. The shipping was faster than I expected. It was very easy to removed the packaging and plugged it in. And, right away, I liked it. Even on low speed it throws a lot of air, unlike the small similar fans I have used before. Another good features is that the fens are not very loud, yet quieter. They are not perfectly quiet, cause they can't ever do it with this types or fens. Naturally then, you have to turn the volume of your TV, radio, etc up. So therefore 4 stars out of 5 review. When my other fans will die, I will be replacing all of them with this model. Because overall, it functions better. I'm happy with them. I recommend it. ... show more

I had been looking for a industrial fan for my garage for use while I work out. It gets super hot and humid in there and feels like a straight sauna. This was a good price so I decided to give it a go. This has exceeded my expectations. It is a good size, great quality and blows some serious air, even on the lowest setting. It is loud, but that doesn’t bother me at all. Bonus. I have a 100lb Great Pyrenees (giant polar bear of a fluff) and he absolutely loves this fan.
