My brother had two of these & I liked them. Bought 2. Well designed, well made and easy to set up. One worked perfectly, one didn't work properly at speeds 10-12. Contacted DREO and was helped by Carol. After a few emails back and forth to determine the problem, she sent me a new fan and a FedEx label for the original packaging so I could return the old one and they could figure out why it failed. Thank you Carol, I appreciate a company that really wants to stand behind their product. Love the fans. They're quiet and the 12 speeds allow subtle changes in airflow to suit our needs. Although not air conditioners, they allow us to set our AC a few degrees higher and still be comfortable. The "natural" mode does a nice job of mimicking gentle breezes as well, especially when moving back and forth in the oscillation mode. ... show more

My brother has 4 of these in his house when I went to visit. I always sleep with a fan, but all that I've tried haven't compared. The air seems colder, the display, though digital, goes black in a dark room, so that helps too. There's an app you can use to control the fan without getting up. [ the power of the fan is amazing, so you can place it across a room and feel like you're directly in front of it.] There is a remote, and the manual optio on the fan is tap/touch. It is very easily put together in two steps, so children can do it. Literally. It gives the fan noise I desire, but it isn't "loud" either. Also, within the app, you can change the mode [which alternates fan strength & speed for ambiance], as well as the degree of oscillation. I love it. There are color options, but I went basic silver. So, it could potentially fit your room scheme, too. Again, I love it. I'm satisfied and this passed thursday & friday nights, were both restful and rejuvenating. Definite recommendation. Everything about this is awesome. Sturdy & well-built. I love that I am able to stop the oscillating so it is directly pointed at me, because my husband is a big baby and needs a blanky LOL, I love that it is the perfect volume, lulling me to sleep but I get to set it, so it won't stay on all night, I love that it turns a stuffy room into a breezy, cool one within minutes, I LOVE the app, I LOVE asking Alexa to turn it on/off/oscillate for me when my phone and therefore the app are not within reach and I don't have to worry about losing the little remote because between Alexa and the app, I don't need it - and there is a perfect spot for the remote built right into the machine so I won't lose it - it stays right there. It has 4 modes. Sleeping (to set a timer when you want to schedule on/off mode in advance) Natural, - just breezy, Auto - I can set the Ambient Temperature to less than the room temp. And Normal - (higher) Oscillating can be turned off or set to 30°, 60°, 90°, or 120°, so you can set it for the size of your room or who is in the most need - or least need for direct AC. Super simple to set up with Alexa or Google Assistant (I don't use Google Assistant so because it was so easy with Alexa, I am only assuming it will be just as easy with GA). and it is powerful when you need it to be, and soft and comfortable when you'd like. We are SO much more comfortable with watching tv together, me sleeping or studying, working out, I know I will get at least 2 more of these and forego the Central AC. This tower fan is absolutely amazing. I had pretty low expectations going into purchase. I was overall just expecting something to push some air around the room. This fan, however, is absolutely amazing. I have recommended it to everyone to help us get through this already scorching summer. First off, this fan is very powerful. It has 12 settings, and the 12th feels as strong as a wind gust. I normally keep it within the 9-12 range since the lower setting don't do much for us. Even with its power, it is extremely quiet. While I enjoy the fan noise, It was nice to have something quieter running alongside the air conditioner. You can also set it to sleep mode and the noise is barely recognizable. The most pleasant surprise was the cooling mechanism offered alongside this fan. Unfortunately, you do have to have the app to navigate it, but it is definitely worth it. This fan can run up to -10° air through the room. This has made living in an apartment without central air a breeze. I cools off my designated room after just 10 minutes of running. Overall, this fan is truly a lifesaver. While expensive, the price is entirely worth it. ... show more
