I had this chair for about 4months now. It takes some time to get used to because it does force you to sit properly. However, so far the tilt lock mechanism has broke causing it to not stay locked in place anymore and it does squeak a lot more now. I did contact the seller and they said they sent a replacement base however, I have not received it yet. I guess it’s because it’s coming from China. Also, the white shows a lot of lint and appears more dirty after each sitting(see pics). The biggest issue however is the raised sides on the seat. They do dig into your hips and cause discomfort after a while. If you’re on the heavier side or have wide hips, I would suggest not getting this chair because of it. All in all I would not recommend this chair. The raised seat sides are the biggest regret for me. I should’ve returned it but thought I would get used to it and sadly I still didn’t. ... show more

One day after received package. Assembly mesh chair take about 1 hour or less. How do I feeling about siting mesh chair ? lumbar support bit uncomfortable and make my back shoulder stiff. My butt fight against mesh seat since there no seat slide plus stay back due lumbar support feel like force me go forward. I am 5'6" and average weight. I own WorkPro executive mesh chair for 8+ year and dual lumbar support. It extremely comfortable, seat slide and dual lumbar support. just that very old and need replace mesh chair. Bit too late since I threw aways package box and WorkPro mesh chair in trash. (not possible return) I will try adjust it and get use new Sihoo C300 chair. recommend ? probably answer NO and feel like new mesh chair fit for women but mens... no and not good for beyond 5'8" tall due how feel chair seem so small. ... show more

The construction of the chair is fantastic, very solid, seems durable. The assembly was easy and without problem. The lumbar support is way too big, protruding into my back and none of the height settings of the back rest put the lumbar support in the right spot. Within 20 minutes of sitting in this chair I had a back muscle cramp. The available adjustments were just not sufficient and the support is all wrong. Update: the seller was extremely responsive and worked very hard to make this deal right. The geometry is just wrong for my body shape, but I am satisfied with how the seller responded to my complaint. ... show more
