Overall I would say it's well worth the money for average sized people. Update: Seller has great customer service and made me happier with the purchase. Updated to 4 stars. The good: The chair is super light weight while seeming supportive for average people. The casters roll very easy and the light weight of the chair makes it easy to maneuver. Chair only took about 15 mins to put together. Looks nice. The bad: It might hold weight for big but it's definitely not made for tall. I'm 6'2" and the seat only comes out about 3/4 of the way down my thigh. The arm rests are also short coming out about 1/2 way across my forearm. Arm rests tilt up and down at the back of the chair but do not twist or just move up and down. ... show more

This chair fit my needs perfectly. It was not hard to put together. The instructions were a little unclear when putting the seat on though. There are four screws to attach. The instructions say to attach the first two (and describes them) and then the second two. But, it is not actually clear which ones they are referring to. So, make sure that you do two of the diagonal screws and then the other two diagnonal screws. Put all in loosely before tightening and then tighten each a little at a time. Tightening one all the way before the others might make it difficult to get the rest in. The color is nice and the lumbar support, while it has limited flexibility, is sufficient for me.     • Chair Has Failed - Seller Has Changed The Listing Specs Since I Bought It

I bought this chair in early 2023, and the listing title included "Big & Tall" and rated for "450lbs" (I have a screenshot). I am 150lbs less than that capacity limit, but within 6 months serious creaking noises started occurring every time I move position, and the seat base feels unstable and wobbly on top of the cylinder. Now the seat has started to sink even if i'm not sitting on the chair, telling me that the pneumatic cylinder seals have failed. I just looked at the current product listing, and they have removed "Big & Tall" and "450lbs" from the listing title, and in a couple of places in the specs it now states "200lbs" in one spot and "250lbs" in another. I'm seriously unhappy about this, as I spent money on a product based on the listed specifications, and it turns out that those specs were overstated and the product isn't really rated for it, hence the current change in the listing. ... show more
