I love everything about this chair. Size, fit, comfort, appearance. The only problem I have is that one of the wheel sockets broke. Can I order just a new base?

This was the easiest to put together chair I have ever bought. The directions were clear and the parts fit together easily. It also came with spare nuts, bolts and washers that were clearly marked as spares so I didn't have to wonder which pieces I missed at the end. I wish more manufacturers would do this. I purchased this chair for my home office. The installation was not bad. It took me about 30 minutes to install. All necessary tools for installation are included in the package. The chair has many parts which are adjustable. Could adjust up and down, left and right. The arms, lumbar and head support are all adjustable. The wheels are flexible too. I like the lumbar support, which helps support my back well. Additionally, I like the white color, which looks very nice. There are white covers for all screws. Assembly: The chair was easy to assemble following their instruction sheet. Had it set up in under an hour. I had some trouble with one of the screws/bolts (not sure what its called) that attach the to the bottom of the seat but I was able to use enough force to tighten it securely. Chair review: The chair looks nice but unfortunately it is uncomfortable to sit in just 4 months after purchasing. The padding on the seat seems to have flattened after a few months of usage. I can feel the material (wood?) under the padding after sitting on this chair for more than a few minutes. I have to place a pillow to help soften pain. I purchased this chair because of the claims that it had a weight capacity well over my personal weight. I can't recommend you buying this chair if you need something you can sit in comfortably for a few hours a day. ... show more

Easy to assemble and very sturdy but the seat hurts after 3 hours of sitting!! I've sat in other chairs for hours but this one hurts your fanny dearly...sad Additional update: although I had discomfort the customer service department were impeccable and put my satisfaction first. I always have issues with my chair giving out on me. Even when I buy chairs rated for 300#'s they let go much sooner than that. My official weight is 265 but they all die. This chair was originally purchased in white by my son in law and it did not let go of me when I tried it. The seat is firm so if you are looking for soft you will need to use a pad. The weight rating is for 450 pounds and I can tell you it hasn't given way once. It is a very solid build.
