UPDATE- After writing my initial review, I took a shot and reached out to Sichy Age about this issue. Their customer service was incredible! They apologized for the defective chair and was disappointed that this chair did not meet not only my standards, but theirs as well. They happily refunded my money right away. I will happily give Sichy Age another opportunity just based on their customer service level. More companies need to be like this! I normally do not write reviews, but I had to stop what I was doing today and write one. I went to adjust my position in my chair, just like anyone else would after sitting for a while, and the right arm just broke right off. And of course it is just outside the return window so I am screwed. The left arm fabric is also seperating. Overall I would say it's well worth the money for average sized people. Update: Seller has great customer service and made me happier with the purchase. Updated to 4 stars. The good: The chair is super light weight while seeming supportive for average people. The casters roll very easy and the light weight of the chair makes it easy to maneuver. Chair only took about 15 mins to put together. Looks nice. The bad: It might hold weight for big but it's definitely not made for tall. I'm 6'2" and the seat only comes out about 3/4 of the way down my thigh. The arm rests are also short coming out about 1/2 way across my forearm. Arm rests tilt up and down at the back of the chair but do not twist or just move up and down. ... show more

I had a gaming chair that was not supportive at all. I bought this chair in hopes of being able to retire my butt cushion. Well, this chair did NOT disappoint! I don’t need to use the foam cushion anymore and it supports me in all the right places. Really really happy with this chair!

I had a 1700 steel case chair from work for over 15 years in my home office. Wife needed a chair for her desk and I have her mine intending on getting a new one via my employer. When they said the policy had changed I was in the hunt. Skeptical of sturdiness (I'm 273 an 6’2) I ordered it on sale. It arrived and took 5 minutes for assembly. The materials are thick and well made and Ioving the headrest. It comes with skate wheels that are per cent and unmarring on my hardwood floor. Definitely worth it's price ... show more

This was the easiest to put together chair I have ever bought. The directions were clear and the parts fit together easily. It also came with spare nuts, bolts and washers that were clearly marked as spares so I didn't have to wonder which pieces I missed at the end. I wish more manufacturers would do this. The chair is solid. It might not be the highest quality materials, but if I wanted those, I would have paid the extra money for them. This is a solid product and well worth the price. ... show more

For the price, this is a very comfortable chair. Easy assembly. Good adjustment options. My only complaint: the plastic double-wheeled casters are terrible. Noisy, balky, and they scratch hardwood. After a week, I ordered a set of replacement rubber casters for $35.00. Now I'm happier.
