    • Thicker than most pillows, cool the touch but warm quickly

This is a review for the queen size cool touch pillows. They are well made and I really wanted to like them for nightly use as the main “go to” pillow. Sadly there were a few drawbacks that had me using my standard pillow after a few nights. First, as a new pillow these do not compress as much as I prefer. They are soft, but start out much thicker than any other pillow we own. They do compress a lot, but not quite enough for our liking. This also means that a standard size pillow case barely fits this pillow. A standard case barely covers the entire pillow which inevitably means the ends poke out of the case and will not hold — not even with our slightly larger “pocket style” cases — these queen pillows are too large which means we will need to use king size pillow cases and have to fold them over. The other issue I had with the pillow is the “cool” pillow only is cool to the touch for a few minutes. Within 5 minutes the pillow absorbs any body heat and , to me at least, feels warmer than the standard pillows we’ve been using. While these are softy and comfy pillows for an accessory or “side” pillow to rest your arm on , they will sadly not replace my main go-to pillow at night. I did like they do not ship compressed in the typical vacuum-sealed setup or that they can be used right out of the box. They do not have an odor like most manufactured pillows and bed products these days - so that is a bonus. If only they were a couple inches thinner these might be perfect. Fair price for a couple of pillows and I’m sure some people will love them — I’m just a bit of a “pillow perfectionist” and am looking for the holy grail of pillow comfiness. ... show more

    • The worst pillow I've ever purchased!

This has to be the WORST pillow I have ever purchased. So these come rolled up in plastic like a sleeping bag. You have to unpackage them and they are supposed to plump out into a regular pillow. I was extremely skeptical of these when they arrived packaged like that and I wasn't wrong. When I unrolled them and fluffed per the directions they turned into limp and lumpy pillows. When I received my two pillows I was concerned they wouldn't be as fluffy as advertised; they came rolled up and shoved in a small box. However, after some time sitting out they are even fluffier than imagined.     • Not sure they're really won't go flats

Many years ago I bought won't go flats at Bed Bath and Beyond they were the best pillows unbelievable support and 6 years later while they aren't flat they lack the extra oomf they used to have. These pillows are nice serta pillows but they don't have the same stuffing as my won't go flats so they just aren't the same and they came in unbranded packaging so I feel like they aren't the real deal just a different type of Serta pillow. Decent pillow just not worth the price tag in my opinion. I think the real Won't Go Flats we're discontinued in Covid because I haven't seen them since pre-covid ... show more
