The first pillows were soft but supportive— I slept so well that I quickly ordered another set. The second set weren’t bad, they just weren’t as good as the first set. I prefer thin, soft pillows for sleeping and really dislike thick, firm ones. These pillows are perfect for me in both height and length! Needed new pillows for support. Had been buying cheaper ones that needed to be replaced every year, until they stopped lasting that long. Tried these and I loved them the very first night. Have been using them for almost a year now. I love how I lay my head in the middle of the pillow, and the pillow supports the curve of my neck along with my head. When I change positions, the pillow goes back to it's original shape. I am normally a side sleeper. Pillow supports me no matter what position I am laying in. They are so comfortable, I replaced my husband's with these. He really loves his too. I wouldn't try washing them because I believe they are too large and thick for mine. I bought the queen size for both of us. But the price is so reasonable, that I am comfortable with just buying new ones when and if needed. I now have no desire to try any other pillow.
