I purchased a queen 2pk, took them out and hand fluffed them and then let them sit for a few days and they really expanded. I have now used one pillow for a few nights and am happy with it. It has flattened a bit but still feels great as the amount of filling in the pillow is good. Nice soft pillow, but doesn't smoosh completely flat when you put your head on it, like others do.. I was skeptical about buying pillows online. I'm one that likes to feel them first. I read the reviews and took a chance. Worse case I'd just return them, right? After unboxing and fluffing them, we let them sit for several hours. It is recommended to place them in the dryer for optimal fluffy, but I totally forgot to do that and really wanted to try them. So we stuffed and I do mean stuffed them into the pillow cases. They were super fluffy and almost need a special case lol. I laid my head on this pillow and Holy cow !!! The perfect blend of support and softness!!! No headache when I woke up. No neck pain. I'm a side sleeper that turns in the night to a back sleeper.
