I add a tad of butter to the meat or eggs I’m cooking. There is no sticking and there is even cooking. The eggs slide out easily. Cleaning is easy. It’s a very pretty, even elegant, skillet. I will likely add more to my collection.

I received my pan and I am thrilled with it. First off I have been wanting this size to make omelets, single hamburgers, chicken, pork chops and steak. It fits on my electric burner perfectly. The color is eye appealing, the handle is beautiful and very easy to attach to the pan. Just remember to put the iron ring on the screw first. You can't miss it because its already on the screw where you have to unscrew it from the pan.Place it at the bottom towards the top of the screw, put the screw through the handle to attach it to the fry pan. They supply the beautiful screw driver. Tighten it tight enough so the handle doesn't wiggle. The handle is a good size, fits great in my hand and a good weight. Then wash using warm soapy water and dry. Make sure it is dry. Then put either a little Crisco or avocado oil all over the inside of the pan. Then put it on med/med low and give it 5 min. Let it get cool and wash again and repeat the process. Your seasoning the pan. Yes I know its a nonstick but this keeps it that way and you don't want to use it without this process. Do it 3 times then once a month 1time. The non stick should last forever. Use silicon or wood cooking utensils only and never cook ABOVE MED HEAT, EMPTY, OR WITHOUT AT LEAST 1 TABLESPOON OF OIL. Its definitely a keeper and highly recommend. I loved this pan so much I ordered the 14 piece set. Honestly this pan cooks bacon so good and crispy and Sears pork chops beautifully. The media could not be loaded. Purchased this to replace my old green pan egg pan because after 3 years it was failing. Every time I cooked the pan would crust up the eggs and scrubbing it was nightmare. This pan was a perfect replacement! Nonstick, easy to cook perfect eggs every time. The bottom has a metal element to it that helps evenly distribute the heat and everything cooks at the same time! The handle is smooth to the touch and very sturdy! I was shocked when the package came because it was so slim but they include a screwdriver with the package to assemble it making it super easy to do! The color is great and fits my modern/minimalist decor style. I will note that while it’s easy to clean, the bottom has a few stain spots that have not been able to be removed by normal scrubbing. Maybe if I put some barkeepers helper on it and scrubbed it would come off but I haven’t gotten around to it yet. ... show more

We now have two of these, the largest and one of the smaller sizes. Vastly superior to Teflon coated pans, with super non-stick surface. Easy to clean; does not seem to scratch as easily; and with beautiful build quality. SUPERB!

This pan performs flawlessly. It is perfect size for two people, deep enough to make small batches of sausage gravy etc. The non stick ceramic coating is really slick and it works well in my induction burner. I am very happy with this pan.

Nice design and handle with instructions on how to fix it (very simple), and I was amazed to find a full-size sturdy philips screw driver included! Never seen anything like that.
