This pan is awesome. It’s an indulgence chowing down crepes and this pan is fun to use. The paddle helps create paper thin crepes. Just try not to mess with it after the initial spreading or you’ll get an uneven thickness. The first one is usually the ugliest but just like pancakes after the initial sacrificial crepe things get prettier with each subsequent attempt. It heats evenly, has a nonstick surface and is the perfect size. The handle is comfortable to hold and stays cool to the touch. Not sure how durable the coating is but time will tell. ... show more

The pan is actually a size bigger than what we wanted. But, I don't know why Amazon had a very bad shipping process, and I had to buy the bigger one. However, it is such a great pan! We bought it to make dosas and pancakes and it does not stick at all. The pan heats up slowly, due to the size, but it stays nice hot. We have tried several of these mineral coated skillets. All of the surfaces scratch over time. This one has held up well for several months and cooks excellent pancakes, eggs and vegetables. We use induction at medium high Temps and have had no problems with warping or heat distribution. The design is quite smart, using a light weight metal body, I would guess to be aluminum, with a steel induction pad attached. The surface is so smooth and non stick so as to be skeptical about the claim of no PFAH'S or PHOES, (teflons), there are thousands of similar chemistries, however, there is no surface loss so so far so good. We use wood utensils only and rarely exceed7.5 on our stove heat temp. Also always allow cooling before wiping it clean with a paper towel and storage. For our purposes,this is the best we have found anywhere in several years of Chinese origin cookware. ... show more
