Update - Contacted customer service and they were definitely on top of it. They sent me a new knife to replace the damaged one and I received it within a couple days. Love the knives as a whole but within weeks one of the handles cracked. We only wash by hand so no dishwasher damage.

An exceptional knife set for the price. Both blade and handle are beautiful and all 8 knives cut very well. This set is perfect for pretty much anyone who loves to cook at home. The set comes with a paper guide on the uses of each knife which makes it really easy to learn what to use each knife for. Aside from the color….that I wouldn’t call red…..everything seems great with these. They are a great weight and fit in the hands nicely. They came packaged really nicely, if that matters to you. So far, sharp as I would hope.
