I've only had this litter box bout a month and I LOVE it. I have multiple cats, and slowly am taking away 2 out of 3 of my current boxes. My only complaint is that I am not tech savvy and had a bit of difficulty figuring out how to link it to my phone. A minor issue is that one of my cats pees right against the side and the rake sometimes misses part of the clump, but I just check occasionally and scrap out the escaped bits so it isnt a big deal for me. My cats love it because it's always clean, I love it because it's time saving and easy. I programed it to not take at night, but during the day I barely notice the noise. I am considering another one, then I can ditch the last litter box, but I am going to see if it still works well in 6 to 12 months, then I'll consider another one or try a different brand. One thing to consider, it's bigger than I expected, but I was glad as I have a couple large cats ... show more

Update on my review... Seller contacted me. Offered me a full refund. I still cannot connect it but the seller made it right with me. Wonderful customer service! Original review.... I've tried for a couple days now to get this litter box to connect to the internet. I've even looked up reviews and took advise off on them. For the life of me I cannot figure it out.
