I bought this because my husband and I are terrible with cleaning the litter box. We have 3 cats. This makes it so convenient for us. My only issue is when changing the bag there's litter trapped under the bag. But I can deal with that lol.

This Automatic cat litter box is a piece of crap. Only works 10% of the time. 90% of the time I have to clean it and get 90% of the cat litter out of the bag that is supposed to be for the cat waste. Spend a little bit of extra money and get the POPUR cat box!!!!!!!!!!!! It pays for itself in the long run this thing is a waste of money.     • CHEAP, horrible product and poor customer service
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. It worked okay for 1-2 months. Then it just started to spew litter out of the box. It picked up clean litter along with dirty. The soft switch bank liter purge wouldn’t work. I went to remove the tube from the base to clean and realized the litter box has been leaking in the rear this entire time. It left urine crystallized on the back and in the location it was stored. The litter box works just fine. But for no reason at all, the company charges you almost twice the amount you pay for the litter box for shipping. The company is a scam and they deserve only the worst things to come for them in life. I hope they get infested with bedbugs. I hope they always miss hammering a nail and break their wall. I bought this product about 6 months ago. It works great. I haven’t had a problem with it yet. If you have a large cat though I don’t recommend this.
