I decided to buy this product when I saw it from my friend’s house. It’s a very powerful product, very easy to install. You are able to control from your phone, and the app tells you when the toilet is occupied by your cat. There is no stinky smell after 5 days of use, noise is light and acceptable.

After less than three months of owning this litter box, it bit the dust. No power light. No more scooping. Nothing. I had a PetZone automatic litter box prior to this one for several years. It worked well enough, but the dirty litter bin was small and with two cats I had to empty out the bin every other day. I bought the MagicScoop to get a larger dirty litter bin with an open top. (One of my cats is very particular and won't use an enclosed litter box.) While I got what I was hoping for on those two fronts, unfortunately the quality of the MagicScoop was certainly not what I expected especially at the price point. ... show more

Since I have two cats, so I need more cat litter box for them. My two cats love the new one and they scramble for this! And the little which came with box is amazing! I can flush the little piece cat excrement in toilet, it is so convenient for me!

The media could not be loaded. After weeks of researching self-cleaning litter boxes, I was thrilled to try the MagicScoop automatic litter box. I’m pleased to say that this device is truly a game changer! With two cats, I was previously scooping litter boxes twice daily, which was always a smelly and unpleasant task. MagicScoop has simplified the process and made it much more manageable. It is very easy to use. The setup was simple and straightforward, and I love the added feature of the phone app that tracks every use of the litter box. The box itself is spacious, and my cats transitioned from their old litter box to this one without any issues. If you're thinking about buying this, don't. You will save yourself time and hassle. We ended up returning after dealing with a week of issues. The drum kept getting stuck, so we'd have to reset it constantly. Then, it would never rotate the pee in the front of the box, so we'd have to manually clean it. The drawer does not aline perfectly, and fills up way too quickly. It doesn't have a functional app. Just don't buy this. The media could not be loaded. Really easy set up! It does come with an App but I never actually used it, so I might delete the app later on. Comes with a bag of litter for me to try out so it's pretty sweet.
