I got this for my 17 month old and my 3 year old. They both enjoy it very much. With my 17 month old she likes to stand on it while I push with her. My 3 year old is able to push on her own without issues. The wheels lights up adding extra fun. The steering is tricky for their age. Because the handle doesn't turn left or right, you have to steer by leaning to the left or right. I noticed this while helping my 17 month old. The handles are comfortable to hold on to and its fairly good quality. The eyes of the unicorn can easily come off but can be replaced with other random eye sticker. The price is cheaper on Amazon compared to other retailers and it does the trick for entertaining the little ones. ... show more

As many other buyers mentioned, this scooter is such a conversation starter wherever my son brings it with him. Other parents either make comments how cute the scooter is or their kids would ask for one. My kid absolutely loves it. However, besides the appearance, i don't think it's very practical. The handle cannot be adjusted, meaning your kid would likely outgrow it in less than a year, either it's being too short or too tall for him/her to hold. If you need a scooter to match a Halloween outfit then it's perfect, but it you want something more practical for you kid to use a few years down the road then I don't recommend. ... show more

We purchased this scooter for my 2.5 year old daughter for Christmas. We live out in the country so we don’t let our kids take their bikes/scooters out front because people drive too fast. We bought this for inside the house. It is perfect! Instead of her having to steer, all she has to do is lean one way or the other and it steers as she leans. My 5.5 year old son loves it just as much and now wants one for himself. He’s a little more rambunctious and I keep having to remind him not to hit the baseboards. I definitely recommend this! And putting it together was a piece of cake. Literally one step. Put the handlebar pole into the base of the scooter. That’s it. My daughter calls it her “kitty cooteh.” She can’t quite say scooter yet.😆 One other nice thing I almost forgot to include, is the base is wide enough for both of my daughter’s feet to stand side by side.
