I’ve been using this about once a day for breakfast for a few weeks, and it’s great for the most part. The pan itself is perfectly non-stick but where the handle is secured isn’t non-stick so pieces of egg get stuck to the bolts. It isn’t a huge deal, but wasn’t something I was expecting.

Forget about iron, stainless steel, carbon steel, or any Teflon-coated pans. These are the best I have ever purchased. I have tried to scratch them, with tongs, spatulas, and even a fork all while cooking. Not a scratch on them. I can't even burn anything on them, it won't stick.
