I've had this chair for about a month or two now and I'm not too disappointed. It's visually appealing and the seat is large enough to sit cross legged and it's pretty comfortable. The cons I would say is that it cannot roll, which when you think about it isn't that big of a issue is you are sitting cross legged. Another con is that I wish the seat was a bit bigger where I could sit back more. And another is that I noticed that my chair doesn't always remember my height adjustments. I'll step away for 20 minutes or so and come back to sit in it and slump all the way down to the lowest setting. Then I end up having to get up and re-adjust everything. So everymorning for sure is a guarantee I'll have to adjust it. It's very annoying but I deal with it. ... show more

I love it! The back rest stops around the middle of my back, so just keep that in mind if you're wanting more neck/back support. The cushions are very soft and comfortable and the material isn't sticky at all (doesn't stick to my thighs when I go to stand up). Keep in mind it doesn't have rollers but I've seen people add them to the feet. I can sit cross-legged in it just fine, I'm 5'7 135 lbs. The stitching/seams look great, it's really good quality! There is an adjustment for how much you want it to lean back, but it's not much. And you can adjust it up and down - it goes pretty far up and down in my opinion. I like this chair overall but for the price it is listed for it most definitely should be cheaper. The chair overall looks exactly as advertised, however the reviews about how the stitching of the chair is coming apart are true. I received my chair and the stitching of the chair is slightly coming apart. Overall, customer service for this seller is great though and responded very quickly to issues I was having with my order. I rate this 4/5 stars overall only because I believe whoever they have manufacturing these chairs could be more precise with stitching. Also, the chair DOES NOT have wheels and if you are use to having wheels or are putting this in an area where you previously had a rolling chair, id consider if they small extra hassle of having to pull it in and out would bother you. Very plus size friendly, pictures don’t serve it justice on how nicely and truly wide it is … very wide! It hold weight very nicely and you don’t have to fear you’re gonna break it … IykYk…Goes very low and nicely high height too. It feels great and keeps cool. Although it doesn’t not have wheels it glides just fine when you want to move her but she won’t have you sliding while sittingHOWEVER THE LEG DID HAVE LIKE A REPAIRED HOLE AND IT LOOKS A LITTLE raggedy. I love this chair- I have a corner desk and it fits perfectly. The top swivels but there are no wheels which I’m back and forth on whether I like or not. All in all it was easy to put together and pretty comfy but as people have stated before it doesn’t have a high back.

Another update: I updated the rating to 5 stars based on the customer service. This company really wants to make sure they do you right! They offered me a full refund and aren’t going to make me go through the hassle of sending it back. It’s refreshing to have an online company care enough to not only to communicate with you, but also follow up after the fact. This is truly a great company. UPDATE TO ADD: The seller has been in constant communication with me regarding the situation. They have been so understanding and offered to replace the chair in total or send replacement parts. It has been refreshing and reassuring that they want to make it right. I have decided that the chair is not what I thought still, but I definitely recommend giving this seller a chance based on my experience with them. I tried REALLY hard to make this chair work. I used it for 3 days thinking maybe it just would take some getting used to. Here’s what I found the most frustrating. When sitting, the bottom of the chair had an incline (if that’s the right way to put it) it leaned forward, so I always felt like my legs were at an angle rather than parallel… I tried locking the chair in different positions & heights… it didn’t matter. Even sitting crossed legged, I felt like I was leaning forward. It was so uncomfortable. Maybe I just got the random defective one? But also, even though it is wide enough (side to side) to sit crossed legged, the width from front to back is so narrow. I’m 5’7, and my knees hung off the front. The only way I could make this chair work is if I had one leg up and one leg down. I’m super sad it didn’t work for me. ... show more

I work from home and love to sit with my feet up or criss crossed and this chair is so perfect for that. I also like that is doesn't have wheels, I'm not a huge fan of swivel chairs. I sit in this chair for 6+ hours a days and it's always comfortable and feels like it has good back support. Only thing to note is that the color of the chair is a bit more yellow-beige than expected so just be mindful of that if you're looking for a pure beige colored chair! ... show more
