Working from home and needed a nice office chair. I've been looking in retail stores and could not find what I was looking for. I was leery about buying one I could not try out first but I got lucky when I picked this one. It is very comfortable and with so many adjustments how could you go wrong. The only thing I have found that I have a problem with is the arm rest. They are a little hard but I put a small towel on them and that took care of that issue. It’s all good now. This chair nearly checked all of my boxes. The only gripe I have is not being able to tuck it under my desk with the armrests attached. They're easy to remove, or you can opt to not install them during assembly. This is my fault for not having a measurement from the bottom of my desk to the floor. This chair breathes! That was huge for me. The mesh allows air to pass through, which has kept me cool and comfortable during a few "long" gaming sessions. I'm 5'9" and 170 lbs, and the seat is large and plush. I'm able to sit cross-legged comfortably. I'm a fan of the ergo design. The lumbar support does its job, and the adjustable headrest is a nice feature. I've gotten the most use out of it when I'm leaning all the way back in a locked position. When I'm sitting completely upright, I don't notice it even being there. I just got a "at home job" and needed a nice office chair. I've never really looked for me. I've never needed an office chair before. I went to staples to get an idea of what I needed to look for and then I went on Amazon and started to look. I really love this chair so far, I've had it for a few weeks, I'm sitting in it for anywhere from 8-12 hrs a day. I even sit in it to just watch TV. There are many adjustments that you can make. The only complaint I have is the arm rests, I wished they locked in place- inward and outwards. It's very comfortable. It has the mesh on back with doesn't get hot, it's breathable. I was looking at mesh for the seat part but my husband mentioned to rethink that, he said you want a the seat part to have "cushion". I'm glad I did. It seems pretty durable so far. It was very easy to put together, no issues. I'm very happy with this purchase. If you are looking for a good quality office chair definitely get this one. It doesn't "break the bank". This is a very well made chair with great lumbar support. Looks nice with the rest of my furniture and is adjustable. Overall, I would recommend, but think that the armrests could be made less "wobbly" in how easily they swing to different angles. Not a major issue in the grand scheme of things.

Absolutely great chair. Very customizable to fit lots of sizes and it’s hard to find a chair at this price that’s this comfortable let alone this configurable. From the arm rests to the headrests and even the back rest as well. One of my favorite chairs I’ve had and for an amazing deal. Have had it for a month and it seems to be holding up super well. Pros: Better build quality than expected. Solid metal base with solid plastic frame. Good mesh quality, not fabric but a rubber/plastic construction which I feel will hold up better. Comfortable fabric seat, not too firm or soft. Feels like memory foam. Soft arm rests and high enough to accommodate me (6 foot). The mesh is comfortable and cooling. Love that the back rest is height adjustable in both the back and head rest. Would have been too short otherwise in its default position. I have it in the first position from the default. Has two more clicks before it maxes out on the height. Cons: The seat seems to only have two locked recline positions. Upright and a 45 degree. Takes some adjusting to get it to lock into place when leaning back to to the 45 degree position. It requires you to pull out the lever and then lean back, push in lever then lean up until you hear a click. To return to the upright you have to pull lever, push back on seat until you hear the click and then it will go back to upright. Would have liked more available positions and more control in the lever. Lumbar is not adjustable from front to back. Would have liked to have had the option. But its not uncomfortable since it has give in the mesh and the way the plastic frame is designed. Not a fan of the decorative cover since there is not an easy way to remove it, make sure you tighten the screws the first time otherwise you will have to take the cover off and its prone to scratches. Missing one stop screw on the headrest for adjustment. Still usable. Overall I would recommend this if you are looking for a budget office chair and you need something with height adjustment. ... show more
