Easy to assemble and seems sturdy. The back has a nice shape for lumbar support. I like being able to raise up arms to scoot close to desk. The downside is the bottom feels like sitting on a flat boat. So shape and cushioning to make sitting for extended periods of time bearable. The Primezone chair is not a top-of-the-line chair, but it is still a decent chair for the price. It is ergonomic, and the mesh makes it breathable. (I point that out because this new Primezone chair is replacing a chair made of manmade materials and was not breathable and that caused a problem). One necessary feature that I was looking for in a chair was that it had to have lumbar support. This chair has that which allows for a more comfortable seating position and longevity when one is seated. In addition, I can also appreciate the arm support. The fact that the arms are moveable and can fit under the desk when the chair is not in use is a benefit. As this takes up less space and allows for more room to walk around the chair. This is so helpful in my home where the chair is located because space is that area is premium. All these chair features were important for the needs of my family. Although it is not very cushioned, that can be remedied with an inexpensive memory foam seat cushion. The wheels move around okay but tend to have a little trouble moving around smoothly on certain parts of my thick pile rug, but that is to be expected. It was easy to build but the second I sat down in it I knew I was returning it. The seat cushion was hard and uncomfortable. The back support felt supportive but that’s it. There was no comfort to the back support just a mesh that I would imagine would hurt my back after working for a while in the chair. I couldn’t imagine working a full day in this chair much less an hour in it. Now I’m returning it and I have to pay a quarter of what I paid in shipping fees. DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR.
