Description

The personal-size PopLite® my munch™ hot air popper is great for snacking and portion control, popping up to 8 cups in about 2 minutes with virtually no unpopped kernels. It pops with hot air, not oil, for a low-fat, heart-healthy treat! The vented cover keeps popcorn crispy and delicious. When popping is complete, just snap on the lid and flip the popper. The cover doubles as a serving bowl, complete with handle for easy carrying. Cleanup is easy too! Because it pops without oil, the base and cover simply wipe clean.     • Much better than the wide mouth topped poppers
I tried a couple of the small wide mouth poppers. I wasn't a fan. Lots of unpopped kernels pop out of the machine when it's first getting going. The neck needs to be angled more. I tried tilting the machines to keep the kernels from flying out, but that just made the popcorn burn. THIS machine is super because it's covered. The kernels flakes do fly out of the top and get on the counter (which is why I didn't give it 5 stars), but I'll take that over the kernels all over the place. It does a decent job popping the kernels. (If you want a machine that pops every kernel, then get a full sized professional version.) The type of corn you get makes a difference too. I like that you can flip the machine over and you get an instant bowl to eat of, although I used the trick Presto suggested and spray a bit of Pam spray on the popped corn and sprinkle with salt. The salt sticks well. Also, the design is super because the bottom popper part fits into the top bowl part for compact storage, AND there's a groove to wrap the cord. I'm a fan. ... show more

    • Don’t like single use gadgets but this is the bomb
Got this two months ago and probably use it 3–4 times a week. It’s nothing fancy but it’s fast and easy, makes great popcorn, needs literally two seconds of clean up (a swipe of the counter to brush off the bitty popcorn shells) and keeps me from noshing and buying package/processed foods. I haven’t fat chips in over a month. As a rule, I refuse to buy single used items, but I’m glad I broke the rules and got this little machine. my goth aesthetic wishes it was black but it’s not like it sits out on the counter. Perfect for one or two people. Easy, fast, clean, and compact. I am pleasantly surprised at how much better the texture of the popcorn is and then how much better the taste is versus the stirring crazy popcorn maker that I had. I have a spray bottle of oil for use with my air fryer and it also works perfectly for spritzing the popcorn. I have had various popcorn kettles, air poppers, machines, and popcorn contraptions, and this I'd say is the best. ... show more

Perfect size for one person to have a nice evening snack. Be sure not to overfill the fill cup. I would recommend filling it to just below the top edge, otherwise, a few kernels will burn. It’s ready when you don’t hear any more popping, or at least very little. Would recommend.

I received this used! No instructions inside or any packing. What a disappointment. I washed it out and used it. It does pop all kernals and I like that. I just feel cheated paying full price for a used product.

    • Compact Design for storage
Works fast. Makes around 7 to 8 cups. Perfect portion control for 1 to 2 people. Best thing about it is the clever nested design makes it extremely compact and easy to find a spot in cupboard for it. Only have to wait one minute between batches to make a larger quantity.

Put this little popper to use as soon as it came. Works just as described and perfect size for one person. I was pleasantly surprised to find how few kernels were left unpopped (only 2-3). It was a bit louder than I expected, prior to the corn starting to pop, but bearable. My only gripe would be that the little pieces of popcorn chaff, as is noted in the instructions, comes out and makes a very tiny mess on the counter. Better than kernels flying out so I’m not too bothered. Love the profile, how it nests together for storage. Being a 2-in-1 air popper and bowl is what really won me over since I no longer use a microwave. ... show more

Only 2 kernels were left over! No burning etc. only thing, I wish they added a start button. You plug it in and it automatically starts so you have to make sure the device is properly in place.
