I’ve been using this for nearly a month and it’s been great for sourdough, as it’s the perfect size for my recipe that calls for 500g of flour. It’s very heavy and well made. Also easy to clean when I burned some veggies in it once. I only wish the white was in stock when I ordered but the blue one is still gorgeous and it serves me very well.
