The Roll 'n Clean features a patented sifting grate that separates clumps from clean litter and deposits the waste into the pull out drawer. I have 5 cats so I am a pretty much a litterbox expert. I have a litter robot and even though I love it, I'm not trying to drop the $$ for multiple which I need bc 5 cats. This replaced my least favorite one, but soon will be replacing at least 1 more. (Lots of cats = Lots of litter boxes) Overview: It looks like the picture and doesn't look bad at all. The Large sized box is perfect even for my very giant big boy cat. It's easier to clean than I thought and man it's helping the smell of the room it's in. All the details: So. It took me a moment to figure out how to put it together but its really not that hard. It doesn't feel incredibly high quality so that made me a bit nervous, but has proved to be a non issue. It took quite a bit of litter to fill but I've only been adding just a litter more every other day thus far. The tilting part is no big deal it's designed to be super easy and even has a hand graphic to show you where to tap. So far it's felt solid every time. After getting your daily rage out you can hear the clumps falling where they go and you're almost done. ***Pro Tip**** Make sure to tilt it back the other direction farther than you think you need to so the litter comes back to the center. Lastly the drawer, it's going to need a good wipe down regularly but it's so nice to just pull that out and I put it in my robot litter box trash. I'd suggest a grocery sack or something otherwise. Oh and even though it's deep, my cats still manage to get litter all over the place but I think that's a me problem. You should buy this I mean it!!!! If you're thinking about it- you will be so glad you did. The price is such a steal but I have no idea how all the different price points are different.     • Great Concept, Poor Execution
I'm very torn on this product. on the one hand, it is very cheaply made. two of the three litter boxes we ordered are warped and difficult to close, the hole for the drawer is uneven and looks like it was made with a box cutter, the grate isn't fastened very securely and sometimes just pops open, and the drawer is poorly designed and really hard to hold without touching the part that has waste on it. on the other hand, the concept is so fantastic that even a mediocre product using this design is far superior to a well-made traditional litter box. everyone in my family is disabled, and the rolling is really easy to do, doesn't require squatting down to sift or scoop, and makes no mess (as long as you don't drop the drawer). I will absolutely buy this product again when these ones break down, but i hope they improve the quality a little by then. it's a really good budget option if you can't afford a litter robot, but still want to keep your pets clean and healthy with very little work. ... show more

Okay so I'm getting a new kitten, that's mostly why I bought this, but my other cat snuck into my room and took a few bathroom breaks, so I wanted to clean it before she got here and it was so easy! No mess or anything! I hardly even had to hit it (I think that part depends on the type of litter) but it was super easy and I'd say much better than using a scooper! Worth the money. And it seemed surprisingly sturdy, I saw some reviews saying it wasn't, while the piece on the inside is kinda flimsy, don't judge it, it will do its job and do it well! ... show more

When I first got this cat litter, I noticed that the dome material was not good quality. I received this item when still hot outside. The dome was kind of bendable, so I lefted inside the house for it to cool a bit, the FL heat and sun is strong. After an hr or two, I poured the cat litter as per instructions. I left it inside the house, I wanted to see if my cat will like it and use it. Immediately he went. I knew there will be no problem. Oh, was I wrong. The first time he went he only pee so it was kind of ok. He got the back wall a bit wet nothing major. The good stuff came when he did number 2. Oh my gosh, feces all over the back wall. I don't know what the world went on inside that litter box. I can only say it was dirty. I think my cat is too big for the XL box. He stopped using the litter and started doing his business on my leather couch. Needless to say I got rid of this little box and got him a bigger cat litter box. He stopped using my couch and went back to his normal ways. ... show more

    • Work so dang good!
I didn't want a full automatic litter box, too many parts to break. But over the years I've repeatedly purchased these little boxes, and recommend them to every cat owner I know! Cleaning the litter box is a simple as rolling it over (and occasionally a few taps on the bottom if something sticks) pulling out the drawer, dumping it, and rolling it back to spread the litter. No mess, no fuss! I especially like using it with clumping "grass litter" because I can dump it outside without getting clay pebbles everywhere. ... show more

    • Clips do not stay
While I have enjoyed the easy cleaning of boxes. The clips on the box do not stay in place and they are difficult to keep latched. This morning we cleaned the boxes, and the entire box of litter went on the floor. I would return these if I could, however it is past the time I can.
