Pros: The chair was pretty easy to put together. It seems to be pretty sturdy. I am a tall person, so the height adjustment to get the seat height was excellent (higher than most chairs I tried at Staples or Office Depot). Cost was reasonable. Shipping was ok, but with such a large heavy box, I can't complain about a 5 day wait. Cons: It's not quite as padded as I hoped, but a decent cushy chair pad will fix that. ... show more
