These are very nice and smooth! Easy to put on and decently priced. I would advise against these if you have a cat that sheds a lot , it’s hard to keep up with the amount of hair they can easily get in them.

These are silent, smooth, and an all-around upgrade from the original casters that came with my office chair. They also don't damage floors. I no longer have to worry about damaging my office tile, AND I don't have to keep an ugly discolored floor protector under my chair anymore. Best of all, these glide nicely so I don't have to scootch a few inches at a time to get from one part of my desk to another. These are also the same height as the original casters, unlike other rollerblade wheel replacements. Lastly, I have long hair and chair casters always get hair tangled up in them and look gross...so far this has not been a problem! ... show more

I am a mere 280 lbs. and have tried several different brands and designs of "executive chair" casters. These have proven to be the most satisfactory in regard to moving freely with or without a load on them. Worth the price. Add on comment: After insalling all 5 casters on the disapointing, "East Asian" manufactured, executive chair I ordered from Amazon a while back, I noticed that the wheels did not roll as well as the old set I have on my older chair. After inspection, I found each to be packed with long, auburn people hair around the axels. Understanding that it was a "warehouse deal", I was not surprised but, being the causious type of Old Boomer that I am, I deloused the 5 wheel assemblies before reinstalling. The casters work fine and look like 'new" if you don't breakout the microscope!! LOL! ... show more

I've been using these for a few months now and absolutely love them. I waited a while because I wanted to make sure they would hold up. I have an old desk chair that I love and may never replace, but the wheels were making a lot of noise and one was locking up when I change directions. These are whisper silent, roll very freely, and look pretty nice too. The first time I set the chair down and pushed it across the floor, I was shocked how quiet they were and how much farther the chair would go on a push across my office floor. They've held up for a few months now and I'm a pretty big guy, so they seem pretty durable, as well. I recommend these very highly. ... show more

I have been using these casters for several months now and they are so much better than the generic hard plastic casters that come with office chairs. I have vinyl plank flooring in my house and have seen no sign of damage or the scratching that can occur with the hard casters. They roll super smooth and almost noiselessly. They are the size of regular casters so not as higher profile as the rollerblade casters, which I was considering until I stumbled upon these.
