Still 5 stars! My psiatic pain is all but completely gone, and I now consider this a necessity for my physical health in general. However, the seat cushion did end up being a bit small for me (5'11 average build) so I got a bigger one and this seat cushion is now a permanent fixture in my car and now I can't drive without it!!! This was not enough for me to ding it though - so still 5 stars at this price point. This product still expands fully and might as well be brand new out of the box after 21 months of at least 60 hours a week of use. Original Review: --(Headline) Great results if you let it do its job-- Main thing to remember, this device is designed to support good posture, not make poor posture instantly comfortable. After a week and a half I notice a huge difference in my sciatic nerve pain - couldn't be happier. I found that it raised me up towards the roof of the car too tall to get comfortably in and out of my Toyota. The support is nice. I am finding that I cannot use both seat and back at the same time so pretty much the support stays in the trunk. This product was good. But it lasted for about 4-6 months before the comfort was gone. I sit in my office chair a lot, so it might have lasted a year if I didn't.
