For a long time, I have been looking for a footrest that could help me at work with my forever problem! My feet dangle when I sit on most chairs. I am barely 5 feet tall, and this foot dangling creates a problem with either a sore back, sore thighs, and/ or bad posture. Therefore, I needed to find something to help me keep my feet firmly planted and not dangle or reach the floor with my tippy toes. This footrest has excellent advantages in allowing me to plant my feet comfortably. It is made of sturdy plastic, which is easy to clean. It has three different height adjustments, which work with various types and heights of chairs. You can rock the footrest back and forth, allowing flexibility and moving your feet to improve circulation. It also has foot massage beads, which help my feet not get sore.     • Works great
I've been looking for a foot rest like this to make long hours at my computer more comfortable. I was having extensive hip and leg pain from working at my computer so much. I decided on this option and was a little bit skeptical when I read that it moves. It's great, however, and the movement isn't an issue. It's not a loose movement, if you keep your feet/legs still it doesn't move, but if you tend to move around while working, it moves with you, which I find to be perfect. It has several different height adjustments, which is great depending on what fits your needs best. I do notice if I put my weight more towards the outside edges of the rest, it feels like I could break it if I pushed too hard, but I rarely find me moving my feet anywhere other than the center. The only other thing I notice, is that it's pretty deep (goes the whole length of foot, plus some) I do find myself wishing the depth was an adjustable feature as well, because it limits how far I can pull my chair in, due to the design of my desk. Overall, not a big deal and doesn't hinder my working ability. I definitely think it's worth the price and provides a lot of much needed support throughout the work day! ... show more

    • Solid Support, But Not Without Its Quirks
After spending countless hours at my desk, I knew I needed something to keep my posture in check and my feet comfortable. This footrest caught my eye with its adjustable height and the promise of a little foot massage action. 🦶💆♂️ The good news? It delivers on comfort. The adjustable height is great for finding that sweet spot, and the rocking motion helps keep my legs from getting too stiff during long work sessions. The little bumps on the surface even provide a subtle foot massage when I kick off my shoes—definitely a nice bonus! 🎉 However, it’s not without its quirks. The footrest tends to slide a bit on hard floors, which can be annoying if you like to fidget as much as I do. Its one one of those things you don't realize until you get it and find out how much more life is enjoyable because if it. No more back, neck or leg pain while working. Very well made and easy to use. If you sit at a desk all day its a must have. Don't hesitate, just get one!

    • Not very durable
I liked how there's adjustable height and the bumps on the top feel good on tired feet. What I don't like was that the plastic holding the pieces up is cheap and broke off after a year. It didn't last very long.

I love this -- I spend 8+ hours a day working at a computer. This has made it much more comfortable - the height adjustment is excellent, and the ability to rock back and forth really helps with circulation.

    • Great for posture!
I’m 5’3 and can never maintain proper posture because my feet dangle. I also have lower back pain. This allowed me to sit in the best position to relieve my lower back pain and maintain a good posture. You can so flex you feet and legs since it moves.

Great concept but it's not the best quality. nice without shoes but it's weird it doesn't lock in place. better than not having one! So in that case I recommend
