I have tried many products. Before and after purchasing this product. I don't think there was a product that satisfied me 100%. I decided to try it because LX was 3cm higher and bought it. It was an excellent choice, much more stable and felt good. At least it didn't make my problem worse and actually relieved my pain. That's why I brought it with me and carried it with me during my 28-day trip to Europe. It was a little uncomfortable to carry around, but it actually gave me comfort and freed me from the fear of accidents. I came back feeling better and strongly recommended the product. I know that sounds really strange and is maybe really personal. But I have been using this butt cushion for about 5 months, and I know that it is the reason I feel this strange sensation. Firstly, I don't use the lumbar cushion because my chair is too small for it to strap on to. Secondly, I have good things to say about the butt cushion: 1. It really keeps its shape well. It is firm, and when left for multiple days (like a weekend or longer), you come back to a plump, firm, not-squished seat cushion. It is nice. 2. It feels comfortable, it really does. I actually really liked the hump that sits between my legs until I realized it was making my urethra uncomfortable. 3. The grips on the bottom!!!! They're awesome. It does not slide around. 4. The price is great. I bought this because my stool at work has a METAL BOTTOM, tiny surface area, and looks like it's from a torture chamber. I was very pleased with the quality for the price I paid. Until the discomfort began... So, somehow, the hump that exists in the middle that rests between the sitters legs pushes strangely on my nether regions and affects my urethra. I find myself feeling like I have to pee like all the time. Then, when I get up, it also still feels that way, and I experience a tad bit of discomfort even when urinating. The feeling lasts basically all day, even after I've left the seat cushion (on my drive home, for instance). It goes away in the evening and I never feel it on weekends. I tested out sitting in another chair at work all day and felt no discomfort. It's definitely this cushion. As soon as I sit down, now, I start to feel that strange sensation of needing to urinate, even if I just peed. I don't know if this matters, but I'm a plump, tall female. I have plenty of cushion on my legs and nethers already, so I can't imagine how a skinnier-than-I-am female could find this thing comfortable. I really want to like this thing because it does feel supportive and comfortable. But the uncomfortable feeling of needing to pee all day just isn't going to fly with me. This a fair product. The padding is about the right firmness and seems well made. The lumbar support is great but the size of the chair pad not good. I ordered the XL size and it still only comes part way toward the edge of my chair. The cushening is good but it hits me barely into my thigh and my legs fall asleep. The design needs to be changed to go all the way out to the edge of the chair. ... show more

I purchased this for my car. I ended up buying another one and use it at home on my computer chair. At times i even take it outside and sit on it while on my wooden swing. You can take this anywhere, it has a handle on the side. I also take it to my grandson's baseball games. I receive many complements. Have even had a few workers at restaurants tell me "can you forget your cushion". Lol. I do tell them to take a pic and that they can get it here. ... show more
