It is a nice handy footstool. It is comfortable, but is not quite high enough to really elevate your legs.

I gotta say, these are so comfy! As someone who works from home, I sit on my computer for around 8 hours on most days, these definitely help keep my posture correct, they keep me from getting back pain, and they are just comfy to put my feet on overall. I told my girlfriend about it... so I let her use mine for a few days, and she was sold! She bought herself one, and has been loving it ever since. I got two of my friends on it too, we are a bunch of computer scientists who just need all the help we can get as we sit on our desk most days coding away. a bonus is that you can take off the cover for it, so you can put it in the washer to clean it every so often. ... show more

I've been missing this foot rest and didn't even know it. I've been putting an office/game room together in my free time. It always seemed like I didn't have anywhere comfortable to put my feet and that I was sort of sliding out of my office chair. This foot rest acts as a backstop and helps me sit UP. It gives you just that right amount of resistance. Lumbar issues? I've always had lower issues while sitting in one position for too long. Even with a quality chair. This little thing has made my lumbar region feel so much better when gaming. It keeps you back in your seat just enough. I bought this on a whim and don't know how I got by without it. ... show more

It is supportive but also soft and comfy. Your feet sort of sink in a bit after they are on it awhile. Much nicer and more comfy than having a hard footrest like I had before.

    • A Little Too Soft
I'm 5'5" and weigh 135 - 140 depending on the day. I don't put a lot of pressure on the foot rest, but I feel my feet sink in too far. The surface of the rest flattens out, which is uncomfortable. I want to love this because it sticks in place, has a washable cover, and is a good height, but the give on it is pulling me back from an "exceeds expectations" to "meets expectations," for a rating. I find myself constantly moving my feet from the middle to the sides to get a stretch in the arch, but the pillow caves and that support goes away. I do like the cushion of it for when I'm barefoot, it just needs to be firmer. There's no memory to this foam. When I'm wearing shoes (almost never) it's more comfortable. It gets quite warm as well. I find myself moving my feet to cool them down. The rocking part is nice for stretching the legs out. ... show more
