I picked this chair because of the price and flip-up armrests. Despite my poor mechanical aptitude, I was able to assemble in 20 minutes. The screw fittings were precise. There were even extra screws in a plastic bag too. Once I set it up on the floor after assembly, it was just a fine piece of office furniture. The back support is just right and the height adjustment works precisely too. Best of all, the height of the armrests is slightly above the keyboard tray of my desktop computer thereby not touching the keyboard tray. It was absolutely easy to assemble, extra parts given. Instructions to the point, concise, large font, and fun building. Very comfortable to sit in, good stitching, about 20 plus minutes to complete the task. I highly recommend this item, but remember I only just received it (1 day)so we'll see how it goes. I bought this chair to replace my worn out chair. its comfortable enough. I work from home and I'm a gamer so I sit in this chair literally most the day unless I'm up cleaning or cooking. my one complaint is that... it keeps locking in the upright position. and I haven't been able to figure out why it does that. its rather annoying because I bought this one specifically because it tilted back (my old chair sat straight up. had no movement at all) I don't do anything and maybe a day or so later it unlocks and I can tilt again. i've flipped it over and I don't see anything I can adjust so it doesn't do that. I would buy this chair for kids but adults don't bother. the back of the chair comes up to my shoulder blades... and I'm 5'7" it makes me feel like I'm 7' with the short back. will be replacing this eventually with a better chair, but it works for now. ... show more

This chair is better than I expected it would be. The bottom cushion is thinner than I hoped, so it is a little tiring after some time. There is a non-adjustable lumbar support. Overall it is good for a home office use.

Nice chair. My bad, I delayed assembly and trial period, then lost track of the return window. User is 5'2". When rocking back the chair, the lower head / neck hits the top frame. Ouch! Definitely need the headrest. The separate headrests on Amazon are not the same color fabric or are wrong color frame. From the headrests I looked at, it appears that the screws might go through the fabric. I didn't want to take a chance on the back rest unraveling. Not the manufacturer's fault. We'll make do. ... show more

I purchased this particular chair because of the armrests. No fabric to wear out or stain. The chair is simple and built well! Unfortunately, it arrived with a very tiny hole in the backrest. I contacted the company and received a brand-new backrest within weeks! Highly recommended.
