Do not buy this chair unless you are absolutely sure you want to be stuck with it. I wanted to return it because it is none of the things they say it is. I hate it, it's uncomfortable and hurts my back and my legs. The cushion went flat within a week and the back support doesn't support anything. I initially set up the return but could not get the gas cylinder to dislodge from the base or the seat. I sent am email to the company asking for advise and they flat out told me not to return it. First they used the pandemic as an excuse but after I called them out on that, they said that just because it's uncomfortable that's no reason for a return and they would not take it back. So now I'm stuck with this chair that I can't use and I'm out the money, plus I had to buy another chair. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR OR FROM THIS COMPANY. ... show more

Overall, great value for the chair. If you want a simple chair that is comfortable and encourages you to sit up straight with good posture, this is the chair as it doesn't allow you to lean back. Two reasons why I didn't give it 5 stars: 1) the seat Cushing could extend just a bit further out to support your thighs a bit more 2) although fine at the moment, I question if long term the cushion will hold up and it's not contour. At this price, I hope you're not trying to compare a commercial grade chair that costs hundreds (like the ones I use at work). ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This ergonomic chair was the perfect addition to set up for my at home office. It's comfortable, reasonably priced, and easy to set up and use. It's great to use as a computer, gaming and or office chair. Surprisingly, the seat is thick and soft and the ergonomic shape provides adequate support so that your back doesn't hurt. It swivels well and the arm rests are a bonus. The set up of the chair was quick and took me less than 30 minutes. I like the fact that it has a mesh design throughout and the green color makes it stand out very well than the typical black office chair. I was looking for a chair with adjustable arms and I thought this chair had adjustable arms. It does NOT. Arms go up and down but stay either up or down. Be that as it may, chair price was good and based upon reviews, I went with it. I recently downsized myself out of an office in preparation for retirement and my old office chair kept sinking at the most inopportune times so this was a need. I have been fortunate to be able to work from home and needed a cost effective chair. This served the bill for me. I'm small and chair is comfortable for me. I did have issues with assembly as several of the screws go in at an angle and I was forcing them straight. Area with holes is black and difficult to see indoors, but once I overcame my self imposed handicap, chair was easy to assemble and directions were concise and clear. I am happy with my purchase. I only plan on working one more year so this chair will serve me for that time without sinking or dropping down at random times. This gives me the freedom to look into a new tube for the old chair. This chair may not be a good choice for large or heavy people but it's good for children and small women. It is lightweight and rolls much easier than my old chair. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Nice office chair I bought it for my son 12yr since he likes to play games he needed something comfortable. He likes it he said now his back don't hurt. He said is comfortable for him. I have a rug and the wheels roll fine. It arrived looking like used or damage while shipping but I contacted customer service and they responded in just a few short hours, they where very helpful and understanding. The media could not be loaded. Very very very easy to assemble. I am excited to use this chair. It took literally less than 10 mins to assemble it. I like the hydraulic and armrest goes up and down. Color is my favorite to it.

Update 4/23/21- these chairs are made with the poorest quality! One continuous to wobble even after taking it apart & putting back together twice! Bottom is hard rock, actually hurts to sit on it. There is literally no back support, literally! If you lean back, you will fall! Everyone’s been working from home since covid so needed comfortable desk chairs. Don’t buy these!! Seller did not cooperate with return process! Insisted I keep these because he won’t be able to re-sell them. So now I have two broken chairs sitting in my garage! Just received the chairs. They were easy to assemble. Look sturdy and comfortable. Will update review in a few months after putting the chairs to test! ... show more
