I don't often write reviews but this was outstanding.. 1. Well packaged, nice note from company customer service if there was any problem and SUPER easy to follow instructions 2. Parts card with screws and washers labeled with letters for reference to instruction parts list in step by step directions and also clear description of what the part was for, i.e. seat, back, arms. Parts card also had large T style Alan wrench with plastic handle instead of the typical little all metal L style alan wrench for assembly. Each screw and washer type came with one extra just in case (so 5 backrest screws when you need 4 for example) These things say a lot to me about the company and their vision of customer service not just moving product 3. Finally chair is fantastic at twice the price but a steal at the Amazon price, comfortable, functional and great aesthetic. As soon as I assembled and sat in it I ordered a second one . I agree with other reviewer that it is difficult to sit in it as a short person. And same that the right arm is higher than the right. I feel titled to the left side overall. It's a nice chair with good back support. However it has recently started squeaking a lot so may need some WD40!

I love this chair! It was easy to assemble with the allen wrench that has a handle! I like the sage green color that I chose. It's very comfortable for all day use. The arm rests are a comfortable height and it moves and swivels easily. I'm 5' 3" and my husband is 5'10" and we both feel like it's a comfortable fit. I like that it's sturdy and strong and no pet hair sticks to the seat. I highly recommend this chair and the seller stands behind their products also! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Id like to start with ease of assembly, did it in about 15min while sipping my morning coffee. Chair looks and feels comfy and sturdy, I'm 6.2 210lbs, and It fits me very comfortably, love the colour too. it's compact and arm rest folds up, easy to store into my work desk, overall im really satisfied, it's durability test now, but from the feel of materials don't think there be any issues for a long time. ... show more
