First, there is no headrest. That said it was reasonably easy to assemble and all the necessary parts were there. The arms are a bit fiddly as you have to search around with the bolt to a hole underneath them. The rests on the arms are slide happy so I taped them so they don't move around when you get up. It is a little bit heavy for me, but very good quality!! Not super easy to assemble, but the instructions are clear. I can assemble it within 30 minutes. The only difficult part for me is to assemble the casters. They need some strategies lol. It is much easier when you assemble them as a 90 degrees to the legs. And just push! Push vigorously!! This compact office chair 💺 is easy painless 15 minutes set up the cushion is comfortable and the build is sturdy and strong.the rolling wheel is also good quality it can handle my weight and roll smoothly. Back rest posture is the selling point for this chair that's what I think.

I love the back support on this chair, very comfortable and adjustable. The material is solid, and it move very smoothly(no weird sound while you are sitting). The only con side, there’s no neck support. I should of buy the other model with a neck support

This chair is easy to assemble. The seat is comfortable. The lumbar support is adjustable - not up and down, but forward and back. The mesh is an excellent material for warmer weather or those people who naturally run a little hot. But, the armrests are too high for me. This is typical, because I'm only 5'3" with a short-ish torso. The armrests do turn to be straight up and down which gets them out of my way. They also slide forward and back for comfort, but I'll probably just keep them up and out of the way. It's not a deal breaker, because of all the other positives about the chair. And who knows, there will probably be days when I lower them for use. Just not often. ... show more
