First, there is no headrest. That said it was reasonably easy to assemble and all the necessary parts were there. The arms are a bit fiddly as you have to search around with the bolt to a hole underneath them. The rests on the arms are slide happy so I taped them so they don't move around when you get up. I have a temporary desk space that's only 33 inches by 45 inches and I'm using a table that's taller than a normal desk. I had been using the chair from my makeup table but I was dying! So I spent a long time looking for a chair with real lumbar support that would fit because the chair has to fit in that space for me to use the door. This hit everything I needed perfectly and now I'm enjoying sitting at my desk!! Pros Very very comfy seat, back and arm rests and you can get the lumbar support pretty extreme so you don't have to scoot really far back which I need. The arm rests also slide forward to adjust their depth. It can go about an inch higher than most other chairs and that inch saved me with a taller than normal desk. You can also lean back and bounce to get a stretch. They were thoughtful enough to put in ahex key with a hand grip to put it together which made it much easier than those stupid L shaped things most give you. Great value for the price! Highly recommend! Cons: Like another person noted, the arm rests are just that rests... if you are going to require them to put your weight on to stand I'd go with another chair because they do give a little bit that's minor to me. My only other complaint is that I wish the entire bottom was white not black and white. Kinda ruins the look a bit but anything is better than solid black in my room ... show more

I think the chair lacks comfortability when it comes to the price. there’s cheaper options that are more comfortable , Stability is decent and doesn’t wiggle back and fourth like other chairs, support is perfect, super easy to assemble.

This chair is comfortable and the adjustable arm rests have come in handy. During assembly the instructions weren't clear on attaching the base to bottom of the chair and was accidently installed backwards. Chair leaned forward and wasn't comfortable. It was easy to fix and now the chair is comfy.
