I got this chair all in for ~$125 with a discount and taxes added. I needed a replacement for my current WFH office chair which had basically no seat padding left, and I was using an extra cushion made for a vehicle seat to make it tolerable. On that front, the seat padding is quite thick, and I hope it will hold up long term. That said, it may not be quite as comfortable as a mesh seat you find in some other products like my at-work office chair that surely is much more expensive. The mesh back is very good, but my main issue is that the lumbar support cushion is actually very hard at the outer edges where the padding tapers down. This means that if you like to lean back in your chair at all, your main point of pressure will be the lumbar support, and it is adjustable but not removable. The adjustment also is only up and down. You cannot reduce or increase the intensity. If you are somebody that is good at maintaining actual upright proper posture in your chair all day, this would likely not be much of an issue. I think this chair would be a lot better with a different or more adjustable lumbar support solution. Assembly was easy, and they actually provide decent instructions and a nice tool with a plastic handle on it. There was a set of extra/backup pieces (bolts, washers) included which I ended up not needing. It is pretty solid overall, though I think if anything were to weaken over time I would suspect the arm rests which are plastic. The base is very solid and metal. The white ring on the wheels is a nice aesthetic touch. This chair is noticeably taller than my previous chair, including the minimum height. If you are short, this chair might have you up higher than you want. I'm 5'11, and the height is fine for me. It should also be good for taller people. I was concerned about buying this at first having not heard of the brand, but the quality seems quite good overall. Hope this helps you! ... show more

Went together just fine, included tool and extra screws. Seems pretty sturdy, tilts back with no issues. Fabric is nice, cushion is a bit firm - I'm sure it will soften with continued usage. Seller offering a 5 yr warranty for piece of mind. Hope it holds up better than my last chair!!

This is a great chair for the price. I'd even go so far as to say it's a steal at $100. This is an ergonomic chair that features adjustable lumbar support, a high-density mesh back, flip-up armrests, an extra thick seat cushion with a 20mm seat plate, and heavy-duty, silent caster wheels. I bought this chair for my wife to use while she's sewing, and so far she's very happy with it. She prefers to work with the armrests flipped up, and she really appreciates the extra-thick seat cushion when she spends a lot of time sewing. Ordered one of these since the specs said it would fit under my kid's roll-top desk with the arms flipped up, which it does. The chair is sturdy, easy to assemble with nothing but the tools provided, and the chair & seat both lean back together at a right angle to each other (like a "V"), unlike so many other chairs where the back leans back separately and is not as comfortable. I'd recommend this one; the chair is sturdy, firm, and comfortable. The adjustable lumbar support has a range of right where it needs to be, and the chair rolls and spins freely and quietly. When putting it together, I had an issue with a malformed armrest that was causing the holes not to line up so I had to contact their customer service; they responded within a couple of hours, and although there was some emailing back and forth for a couple of days, they shipped me what I needed to make things right! The package arrived before the scheduled time and we received a welcome letter online from the crew. The instructions were easy to follow and it is sooooooo comfortable. I love the way the arms can be up or down. Who ever thought of having it where it would rock was a wonderful addition. But if you don't want it to lock, just lock it into place. The lumber part really helps and I like that it is able to be repositioned. One of the things that was mentioned in the letter was if we didn't want the lumber part, it could be remove easily. The color is really pretty and I love that you have several choices to choose from. This was gotten for my sewing and craft room but when the time comes for another one, I look forward to purchasing more of them for our offices.
