The chair was pretty hard to assemble because the pieces seemed to not fit together, specifically attaching the armrests and back to the flat seat. I had to redo the process multiple times in a different order than the instructions to make it work. In addition, screwing in the pieces together the holes were in slightly wrong places so I was stretching and bending the product to get it to fit. The wheels also did not snap into place as easily as the video, I had to use a hammer. After using it for a couple of days, it's fine but it has a very slight lean forward, which is probably comfortable if you sit properly in the seat, but I sit in various positions so I don't prefer this feature. ... show more

So I absolutely love the chair first off. I brought this chair for my mom for mothers day since she works from home. It was easy to assemble I did it my self and it's really pretty I brought the pink. The only issue I have and what is stopping me from buying one is that I am a bigger girl and wider set hips. And this chair is not for me. So if you are one of those people who at bars or restaurants has to look for a bar stool or booth this chair is not for you..
