Not much one can say about chair wheels. They went in easy without and tools replacing some that had worn out and were dragging. They appear to be well made, and they roll my 300 plus pound frame around without any issues. Also, they are better on our hardwood floors than my original wheels.

Our den has a laminate floor. The plastic wheels on our oak desk chair were very noisy and hard to move around. These castors fixed the problem. The urethane is very quiet and make the chair move around with little effort. A great product that performs as advertised. My gaming chair has had a rough first 9 months due to my 280 pounds. I had to replace the gas cylinder couple months ago and now the casters. I bought these as they claim to be able to handle my gross overweight. They looked small coming out of the box but most of that was their shape and color, also the original were 2 1/4 instead of 2. It took under 2 minutes to change all five of the casters. I had to coax one out with a screwdriver but the new ones went in without any trouble at all. I am over 70, very fat, with heart and lung disease so bending over is not easy. I was happy that they went in so easy so even I did not get tired. They do not roll very smoothly but that is my fault not theirs. They work well, look nice, now if they will only hold up. ... show more

These wheels were easy to install. They fit perfect on three different chairs including a Respawn, a Sealy, and an Allsteel. They are almost exactly 2 inches from the base of the chair to the floor. Super low profile. As the pictures show, we bought them for hardwood flooring and they work perfect. No more scuffing on the floors and no more hard plastic mat that slides all over. They're also really quiet when rolling around. Perfect for people using them on a second floor since they dont transmit near the same level of noise through the floor as standard plastic wheels. The only issue is they do pick up lots of floor particles as seen in the second picture. I found that a little isopropyl rubbing alcohol gets it right off. I bought these wheels on march 9 2023. they are not bad wheels but them saying hair wont tangle in to them is a load of crap and false advertisement. they got clogged with hair after 3 months.

They roll on/off carpets, rugs, etc very well. I'm very abusive in my daily use of the main computer chair, and this is the first set that's lasted the longest without breaking/bending/stopping completely. Neutral clear/black color works great with almost any chair, very easy to install...but not so much to remove when upgrading/replacing chairs. And for me, that's a bonus, I know they wont "slip out" like I've had one set do. Will be recommending these and getting more as need arises. ... show more
