I'll start off with what I like -- it's very good at relieving lower back pain for me. A lot of work chairs are not good for my lower back, but this one is unusual in that it helps in that area. The only thing I wish it had were wheels. If that is really important to you, it's something to consider. But sometimes this could be useful for some people. I'm just so used to wheels at this point. The seat isn’t as wide as I thought it’d be. And when I do try to sit cross-legged I feel like I’m sliding off the front. The backrest doesn’t go up very high. I also thought not having wheels would be a good thing but it’s a heavy chair to try to manually pick up and move while still being somewhat seated. I give it a 3 bc it is pretty and I do like sitting sideways on in and resting my arm on the backrest; it’s a good height for that. ... show more

This chair does take 2 people to put together but only about 15 minutes and well worth it! The padding is very comfortable and the thickness of the fabric is great. It looks and feels like a much more expensive chair.

I really wanted to like this product. It was pain to put together since the cushions so are so puffy, it takes 2 ppl to put this together. It also came dirty and doesn’t come clean. I reached out to customer support who said “the guys in the warehouse must of gotten it dirty before shipping it”. They advised me to use leather cleaner to try to get the stains off but that didn’t work. Looks like I’ve had this chair for years. Save your money. Update: the seller reached back out to me and offered to send me another chair in black (my request) for free. So I appreciate that!!! THATS good customer service. ... show more

This chair is very comfortable. The seat and back cushions are thickened to maintain a good sitting posture and improve the problem of waist and abdomen pain. I love this chair, it is so comfortable and stylish. The fabric is very soft and doesn’t stain easily. I like to fold my both legs, sit on it, lean back my back and spin a bit. Btw the height is adjustable.
