The only part that required a bit of extra effort was attaching the seat and backrest, where a second pair of hands was helpful to apply enough pressure for the holes to line up properly. I was pleasantly surprised by how well the chair was packaged—it was evident that a lot of thought went into it. The box even included a notepad and a very nice pen, which I thought was a super thoughtful touch. It’s rare to see such attention to detail in packaging and marketing. This was delivered, very quickly. I was a little worried when I first started to assemble it that the screw holes to connect the seat to the backrest weren't going to line up, and it took a bit of muscle, but the instruction video on this page made it really easy. The instruction book tells you a different way, which was more difficult when I tried, so yeah, follow the video. Anyway, it turned out to be so easy, it's basically ridiculous. The ad also is not kidding when it comes to how crazy comfortable it is. I knew I needed an extremely comfortable chair with great lumbar support, which is just one reason why this chair is already so great. Honestly, with only 62 reviews at the time of purchase, I was bit skeptical, but it's awesome. The fabric is so soft, and the cushion is very supportive... I'm in love. If I have to find a complaint, it's a bit heavy for me, but I still managed just fine by myself, and once you get it where you want it, that doesn't really matter. Plus, it is actually necessary so that it doesn't tip over when you lean back, which it doesn't. It is very stable. So, yeah, everything works perfectly, it's beautiful, soft, comfortable... it's exactly what I needed. I love that it doesn't have wheels, but if you want the one with wheels, there is another model with that option. I love this chair. Highly recommended. ... show more

I work part time at home, and my office is very visable. I loved the look of this chair when I saw it on Amazon; I especially like that it has no arms to get in my way of getting in or out of it. Honestly, it is nice enough to scoot on into my living room if I need extra chairs. As far as comfort goes, I just put it together yesterday and am on it for the first time today. I went through the reviews of a lot of office chairs and I ended up choosing this one, because I really need to cross my legs from time to time. Drawing and painting requires hours of sitting. The chair is exactly what the picture shows, well built, easy to assemble and aesthetically pleasing. I am very happy with my purchase. Ps: the chair came inside a strong box, and not that it matters but the inside of the box was very cute too. Wow! Just 4 assembly steps, adjustable height, 360 rotation, comfy cushions wide enough to sit cross legged, supportive back that can rock...I dare you to find anything better! The only issue I had in assembly was getting the 2 cushions squished together enough to get the screws to line up with the holes, but that's only because it's obviously new! So even though that took a few extra minutes, it was still together in less than 20 minutes and that included unpacking the parts! I love, love, love it! In fact, I'm sitting in it now swinging side to side as I write this review. This was everything I was looking for in a home office chair and works perfect with my carpet flooring. The lovely gray cushion seams are all nice and tight with no loose threads and none of the metal pieces were scratched because it was very lovingly packed. I am hoping that it will hold up well as I use it. Thank you NYPOT for creating this lovely chair! Oh, and it even came with a free little gift, but I don't want to spoil the surprise for other buyers by revealing what it was...just buy your own chair and you'll find out! ... show more
