As I new permanently work from home I travel and work form friends and families homes. I spend many hours a day sitting at my computer and have resorted to traveling with an office chair. This chair is light and well constructed. If I had one criticism it would be front to back the chair is a bit short. Which is a tradeoff since it makes it smaller for me to transport. In regard to the casters being hard to insert, don't try and push the caster into the base. Set the caster and base in orientation of normal use, ensure stem of the caster is straight up, then push down on the caster base. The caster will slide right in. ... show more

It came very be well packaged and as assembly was pretty easy- minus inserting the casters. Those took some force but couldn't use too much as they are plastic. Other than that, so far, it's comfy and appears to be of good quality.

This chair is exactly what I was looking for! It’s super comfortable while being fun and it was super easy to build, it only took me about 10 minutes total to assemble to and that’s with me taking my skater wheels off my old desk chair to install them onto this one. After working from home for two years with a chair that was not meant to be sat in for long stretches, I am now working fully remote, so I needed something with adjustable lumbar support, as well as adjustable arm rests. I live where it can get very hot in the summer, so having the breathable mesh fabric was also a big need. Finally, I'll be honest...I wanted something to fit in better with my colorful space (not a black chair like I had before). I did have a hard time figuring out how to get the casters on the base, which is the first step. Before I got out a mallet, I looked online and saw a demo by the manufacturer, which showed the model easily pushing them in. But I still couldn't get it to work and was almost convinced that I was sent the wrong base. Thankfully, I did a few more Google searches and found a DIY video that clearly recommended first going round in a circle with the caster while pushing straight down. BOOM. It worked, but I know my previous chairs did not have this issue, so it may be a manufacturing glitch. Still, I'm sitting in the chair now and it feels - and looks - fabulous. ... show more

I wish I had measured because I could have used a chair that goes a little higher since I'm short and my desk is a bit higher. But it will do and I like it. It's comfortable and sufficient for my needs.
