Update to rave about the scooter sonde more. It’s now been about 7 months since i made the purchase and i am still really thrilled with the scooter. The only issue i described about the low level of the chassis remains so i still ride with relative caution about uneven surfaces that it can gat stuck on because of that but its a comfortable fast durable fun and smooth running scooter. I’ve taken it out on some long errands runs and i have yet to even feel concerned about the battery to the extent that i would sooner leave home with a charging cable for my brand new cell phone and have not once left with the charging cord for the scooter and for a battery level obsessed woman that I am that i leave home with enough confidence of the integrity of the batter in ny scooter that i dont even take the charging cable says a whole lot about how much I trust that it will never leave me stranded. Great work Navee!! I have had my scooter for 2 weeks now. The battery life is incredible. I havent tested it to go 40 miles without recharging yet but ive taxed it using it 20 mph with the headlights on and gone about 12 miles on it with some uphill use along the way. It was still had almost a full battery when i arrived back home. The app doesnt really add much to its wonders but if you want to switch between gears without having to cycle through the walking gear when your are actively riding it the app is great for that. The adjusting angle of the headlight is superb. The headlight is bright enough (i have poor night vision so more light is always better as far as i am concerned but it’s really good even with my poor night vision). If i had any gripe at all it would be that it sits lower to the ground than any of the other scooters that i have ridden so you have to be REALLY careful on uneven surfaces or even going over sidewalks that are lifted from tree roots because its essentially scraped really badly or I’ve straight up got launched off the thing because it got stuck on the V of the sidewalk no wheels on the ground (if that makes any sense). It’s a little heavy so lifting it in and out of car trunks is also not the easiest but the folding mechanism is really secure. And its well built super quiet charges fast and it goes uphill maintaining full speed like a champ. It’s a little expensive but i fully believe that it is worth every single penny. I might make the handle bars a touch longer to add accessories but after having ridden a bunch of different scooters done exhaustive research on long range batteries, read reviews about common user issues in similarly priced scooters this Navee N65 covers every single one of the standards i was looking for and it does so in a high quality and easy to use way. I would say if you are looking for long range, high quality parts and craftsmanship with a good companion app this is absolutely the scooter for you and worth is being a bit on the higher price point. I hope that if i do need any service that the California repair shops are easy to access or that i dont even have the need for it but A+++ Navee great job and definitely is what you advertise it to be. Im usually not easily impressed but i have only high praise for this scooter. A job well done! ... show more

Tires came flat yhe scooter came uncharged. Hey I know what why don't you sell me something so I cam go but something else to get what you sold me working. Makes perfect sense I should be spending days trying g to get the scooter working right? I'm probably going to have to return the scooter. Tbh after so many issues just to get it working its just not worth it. I really hate this product and the only thing stopping me from returning it is how heavy and hard to move it is cuz it doesn't turn on. You guys need to send someone to pick up your junk I want a refund this thing is terrible. ... show more

    • This thing goes FAST
Got this for some casual riding and getting from one side of my workplace to another quickly. This scooter hits 20 mph with no problem. Offroads pretty well. Overall a really well built scooter. Pros: Fully assembled right out of the box. Folds down quick and easy. The app is really nice. Goes very fast but has a few different modes if you don't need or want full speed out of it. Inflatable large tires for smoother ride. Cons: The ground clearance is not great. Was using this on a golf course while working on a golf movie and just going off the curb onto the grass with a minimal drop would scratch the bottom. Some driveway transitions are steep enough to make this bottom out. So with speeds up to 20 mph there is a real danger of bottoming out and getting into a pretty bad crash. The app allows you to lock the scooter but the scooter has to stay on. I would like for security to be able to lock the scooter in the app and have the scooter turn off and stay locked when powered back on. Instructions are straight forward except for the headlight. Tap power twice to turn on the headlight. The pics for this scooter show people walking around casually holding it when folded, this scooter is not LIGHT, easy to carry for a short distance but don't plan on carrying it around town. ... show more

Bought one for myself and a second for my wife. It came assembled, all I did was charge the battery overnight, pump up the tires and did 15 miles on the first time out and still had 3 out of 4 bars left on the battery. I had never been on one before and we burned up the miles with no problems. This is a solid, well built, heavy-duty scooter with 10-inch tires, hand brake and headlights. Haven't used the app yet but am looking forward to discovering paths around my area. So far so good. ... show more

I purchased this scooter because it sounded more durable - it is heavy and has shock absorbers. Regardless, I am already on my second flat tire. Otherwise, scooter works well. Definitely get the protection plan.

I ordered one Navee n65 powers on but didn’t charge and thumb throttle had a peice of chipped plastic. So I returned it and ordered another one and the same thing not charging and again with the same plastic chipped off hanging in the packaging. Will be sending this back one back too. I Can say it’s built really good heavy duty but just disappointed especially giving how expensive it is ... show more
