This are the only Melatonin that works for me through the night with out waking up at 3:00 am. I gives me the full rested sleep cycle I need. But I don’t take them everyday so my body doesn’t get used to. Pros: • grate price for quantity • tastes good and the are soft not to chewy • they work better that other brands • they have high amount of melatonin so you don’t need many. I am SO glad I came upon these! I have been an early riser pretty much all my teen & adult life! (like 4 am/5-7 days a week)!!! I can fall asleep exhausted when I go to bed, but staying asleep has never been easy!! I have been prescribed meds from MD before but they made me sick to my stomach, groggy during the next day or didn’t help at all! I have followed every suggestion made, I have no TV in my bedroom,temperatures of cooler or warmer, special blankets, eye masks, blackout curtains, spa music machine & on an app on my phone & no pop, coffee or tea with caffeine daily after noon-1pm daily, & listen to several people’s suggestions for many years but nothing really worked to get me to stay asleep longer than two-three hrs a night & not feeling totally run down during the next day or days!! I have researched & read all the reviews & decided to give these a try! I purchased these & I am so happy I did! 10 milgms of Melatonin & I wasn’t sure how it would effect me so I would just bite a half of it & and it has worked great! I am getting a full 6-7 hrs of sleep every night & a sometimes on the weekends a full gummy for 8-9hrs of great sleep on weekends too!! I feel so much better in the morning & don’t hit the wall at anytime throughout the day! I’m telling you these work! My family & friends have told me I look better & am smiling more & have more energy in the past several weeks & I feel so much better!! I have used these Natrol Gummies for several years and they work pretty well for me. I have a hard time sleeping through the night and sometimes I’m awake for an hour or more. Some nights are better than others. I’m usually able to fall asleep at bedtime, so I don’t take one until I wake up the first time. If I don’t fall back asleep shortly after taking the first one, I go ahead and take the second one. If I don’t need it then, I may take it if I wake up a few hours later. so I decided to try something natural because I was on Ambien for quite a while. One night I got up and painted my dining room while on Ambien- ( I did a surprisingly good job by the way.) but decided I needed to take a break. I decided to try the melatonin but didn’t have high hopes. These actually work. I chew two of them right when I get into bed and probably within 30 to 45 minutes I’m asleep.
