I am SO glad I came upon these! I have been an early riser pretty much all my teen & adult life! (like 4 am/5-7 days a week)!!! I can fall asleep exhausted when I go to bed, but staying asleep has never been easy!! I have been prescribed meds from MD before but they made me sick to my stomach, groggy during the next day or didn’t help at all! I have followed every suggestion made, I have no TV in my bedroom,temperatures of cooler or warmer, special blankets, eye masks, blackout curtains, spa music machine & on an app on my phone & no pop, coffee or tea with caffeine daily after noon-1pm daily, & listen to several people’s suggestions for many years but nothing really worked to get me to stay asleep longer than two-three hrs a night & not feeling totally run down during the next day or days!! I purchased these & I am so happy I did! 10 milgms of Melatonin & I wasn’t sure how it would effect me so I would just bite a half of it & and it has worked great!
