I bought this product about a year and a half ago and have used it on and off as needed. Serving size is 10mg but I’ve found that 5mg is effective enough for me. Gets me relaxed and ready to sleep, but doesn’t knock you out like something like Benadryl would (a plus IMO). It tastes great and doesn’t have any weird medicinal taste! I stopped taking over the summer as it wasn’t needed, however after a diagnosis of REM Sleep Behavior disorder I started taking this melatonin again under doctor's orders. I will say it does cause me to have more nightmares, especially when I am more stressed, however it helps a lot with staying asleep and being able to fall asleep, two problems I struggle a lot with. So I would recommend for anyone in the same boat. Last thought: I know it is a common worry that by taking melatonin, you will disrupt your body’s natural melatonin production and therefore have difficulties falling asleep without it. I have found that by keeping a consistent sleep/wake schedule and limiting myself to just 5mg (one gummy), I can still fall asleep just fine without taking melatonin. So no need to worry about that! Works like a dream ! Used to have to take high dosages of melatonin with other brands, but with this one I can take the recommended dose (or two) with ease & be out like a light. Perfect for people with insomnia. Tastes like strawberry so it’s sweet (like gummies! If only gummies tasted this sweet!) so there’s no weird after flavor. Texture is soft & squishy, which means leaving it in the window does cause issues - makes them shrink & hard, so beware! Easy to use, no effects on the stomach (so it’s very easy on the stomach) only side effect I have seen from it is taking to high of a dose by accident & it causing nightmares: but that seems to be all melatonin. If your looking for a good nights sleep, I recommend this brand! ... show more

i use to take the olly ultra strength gummies but hated the medicine taste of them so i decided to try these and honestly like them more plus they contain more mg of melatonin than the 5mg olly so definitely will buy more!

Great taste!!! Works so well I only take 1 even though it suggests taking 2. Works relatively quick. I’m usually asleep with in 45 minutes. I only gave 4 stars, because sometimes I will wake up in the middle of the night and not be able to go to back to sleep. This product far surpasses the other melatonin.Gummy products out there in the market. I've tried other brands. And nothing works quite nearly as well as this brand .
