    • Definitely Give it a Try.
So I want to first address negative reviews by saying that this product might not be helpful for everyone.. but that doesn’t mean it won’t be helpful to you. There is just not one diet or supplement that fits all! Certain vitamins and herbs are not necessary for one but might be for another, so consider that while deciding whether or not to is product might be for you. I am someone who is overweight and struggling with body odor postpartum and needing to revitalize myself and improve my gut health, so I decided to try this and I don’t regret it at all. Actually, I found out that my aunt and uncle have been using this for years and they are extremely healthy, if not the healthiest folks in our family and they are close to being in their 60s. They’re out there helping with natural disasters in other states, living very active lives, and they are missionaries as well so they travel and are exposed to many different elements and atmospheres. Good health is vital! So I was super excited to receive this. And not only is it full of all the vitamins, minerals, herbs, pro/prebiotics and more that I need, but apparently it’s pineapple flavored.. say less. So! I was afraid to try it thinking that I would have explosive diarrhea or something but it hasn’t done that to me not one time. I tried it on its own with cold water and it was totally palatable! I’m kind of addicted to sugar too and it had a pleasant sweetness. I waited another day to try it again just to get my body a bit acclimated and honestly I feel like I didn’t even need to do that. It didn’t even give me gas or change my bowel movements as much as I thought it would. But that doesn’t mean it doesn’t work. For example, I tried it on the go today while my husband drove in a long car ride and my AG1 drink was the only thing I would be having in my stomach for a while so I could see how well it worked. I had zero stomach upset and there was a moment where I felt a calmness come over me. I think it was the stress relieving adaptogens. I felt great. Did a quick Costco run and everything without having any bowel or stomach issues. And personally, I have figured out that I like to take a small container of coconut water and use that as the base for the drink and then I actually have a pineapple flavored liquid supplement that I add too and a couple drops of monk fruit sweetener. I drink it as fast as possible so it doesn’t get warm. It’s not that good warm. So yea! The one crazy thing that happened, which I think is a part of the detoxing process, is that my ph was thrown off. I think it had to do with my lymphatic system. I’ve been working on it. There was no other possible explanation. It’s still happening but at the same time, I’m feeling better, not as bloated, and not craving sugar like I normally do. I truly think this stuff is working. I also personally think that it should be a part of one’s daily routine ideally, but the price is absolutely way too steep for me to buy monthly. It is definitely packed with high quality ingredients tho, and I know that because I’ve studied them and I am really receptive and sensitive to changes in my body. I would absolutely consider repurchasing should they have a decent sale and I have nothing but positive things to say. It’s helping me become a healthier version of myself. Like, if you need a good kickstart on your health or weight loss journey, I think you should give this a try 100%. And this is coming from a very picky, critical person when it comes to food and any type of supplements. I don’t even do greens! But now I think they’re necessary. Product is top notch. I'm not one for green shakes but this one actually tastes delicious ! When I ordered UPS delivered it to the wrong house and the company immediately sent me a new one. This has definitely been added to my monthly grocery list.

This product surprised me. I took it as directed and you can feel a distinct physiological difference that lasts throughout the day. The price is very high but I can see why. So far I’m blown away.

    • Tastes good when cold.
I first put the powder in a little hot water and shake it until totally dissolved, Then I fill with cold water to the 12 ounce line. Then I put it in the refrigerator so it can get nice and cold.

Heard great things about this expensive supplement. Didn’t work for me. It really tastes bad and I didn’t notice any difference. However, the worst part is returning it. Neither Amazon or AG1 wants to take responsibility for the sale or return. I was bounced back and forth between seller and Amazon. Finally had to go around the automated Amazon return process and spend a half hour texting a rep. In the end he has to now contact them for a refund. So, two lessons for me: don’t order this product and two certainly not through Amazon as they have little control with this seller. Buyer beware ... show more

I have been taking Athletic Greens for many years. It started with me wanting to improve my gut ecosystem. After several months of taking it, my well-being has improved.     • Might be healthy but didn't like the taste
Bought it based on trying to be healthy. And it probably is healthy but the taste was so strong I found it hard to drink. In a fruit smoothie it might work. I finished the bag to see if I felt any positive effects of drinking greens but didn't see any differences so didn't rebuy it.
