I've been drinking this daily for just over 2 months and I'm seeing a positive difference in my hair, skin and nails. My hair is growing in and looks thicker and my nails are not as frail or thin (they typically break very easily). I really like that it's easy on the stomach unlike vitamin pills that are a struggle for me. I tried Raspberry first and the flavor was terrible, but I powered through it and drank the bottle. I got strawberry the second time and the flavor is so much more pleasant. It tastes like strawberry Flavored products and it is very palatable for me, unlike the Raspberry that was difficult to swallow. Taste great. Better cold. I love that you can order this on AutoShip but I definitely recommend buying injestables directly from Mary Ruth's website. I got one shipment and the flavor and color was totally off. As soon as I opened it up, I knew something was wrong. Usually, it's like an orange color and this was yellow. I'm not keen on swallowing pills if I don't have to. And multivitamins tend to be on the larger side. While there are gummies, this liquid version is a nice alternative. And it's delicious. It doesn't have an artificial strawberry flavor but taste like they use real berries. This is my first bottle so I have to wait before I can judge if I'm feeling the benefits. But I found this beautiful little cordial carved glass made for schnapps or other such spirits and found it holds exactly 2 ounces. Perfect! So now I take my morning "strawberry shot" before I start my day. I'm on the fence if it's going to be worth the higher price tag in the long run but for now I love it. ... show more

I have more overall energy and feel better. 4 stars though because it is disgustingly sweet. Tastes alright, the strawberry. I’d give up some taste if they’d cut out at least half the sweetener! I have to drink a ton of water to keep from choking on the sweetness. I wouldn’t mix it with juice because I’d end up on an ugly sugar high! Instead I make sure to take some sort of protein to balance out. It is worth the trouble. I feel like these vitamins are absorbed and don’t upset my stomach even if I don’t eat anything at all. I was on a high quality vitamin pill but it upset my stomach if I didn’t eat and I didn’t feel half as well as I do on this. ‘Twould be perfect were it not so sweet. ... show more

High quality, good ingredients and awesome vitamin content. My kids don’t seem to love the flavor but they take it when I make them. A bit pricey but decent quality for cost. Easy to swallow but pretty thick. Effective and I’m sure helps their energy as growing babies.

I love that it comes in liquid form. I do not like taking pills. The taste wasn’t bad at all. I do let it get cold before I use it. I have this one twice already. It definitely helped with giving me energy FYI I would suggest taking a small dosage first just to make sure it works with your body. I took too much at first and it gave me a headache. I have been a long time subscriber and user of this particular Mary Ruth Product. For years, it was great and half the price of my old vitamin. For the past few months, I have received bottles mostly not packaged in the Mary Ruth box and without a measuring cup. The measuring cup missing is a minor issue because I have a number of them from over the years of using this product. What is not minor is the fact the Marty Ruth box that they bottles were packed in are no longer the norm. For the past few year, I have received the bottle simply thrown in an Amazon box that is far too large. This leads to it just rolling around inside the box while in transit. The result is a number of times the bottle’s seal has been broken where I can actually see the vitamin buildup in the groves under the cap while still supposedly sealed. There are also times where that buildup is not seen however when opening the bottle, the seal is already broken. Amazon was allowing customers to return them and at one time I went through 3 separate bottles to finally get one with a Mary Ruth box. However, that is no longer the case and should a bottle arrive in the manner described above, you are out the money. The product quality control no longer seems to be at the forefront of Mary Ruth’s philosophy and I can only chalk this up to cost savings on their end. The formula has also changed recently as well. At times, it is an orange color and tastes similar to what I expected and other times it is a yellowish color that tastes totally different. I’ve never been sick personally but I can’t say for sure if those yellowish colored bottles are defective from broken seals. The bottom line is that when one purchases this item, they are essentially playing Russian Roulette on what shows up on their doorstep. I have reached out to the company and never received a reply. Amazon no longer stands by this product either since returns of defective bottles are no longer allowed. If Amazon (who let’s face it is to profit) doesn’t have faith and confidence in the product, should the end user? It’s a shame because we have used this for years and now that my kids are at an older age have also been using it. Unfortunately, this partnership of us trusting Mary Ruth to deliver us a high quality product has been broken and we are no longer going to use it. There are plenty of other vitamin companies who are equally the same as what Mary Ruth used to stand for so we will simply shop around and figure out which one works best for us. From the most recent reviews, this seems to be a growing concern amongst Mary Ruth product users. Too bad Mary Ruth isn’t taking it seriously. ... show more
