I'm amazed at how good this made me feel. It took about a week, week 1/2 to get full effect, everbodies different on how this effects them, I got good energy, my friend got good sleep, so just know it works different on people. But I will say something good comes out taking this wild seamoss

I am surprised at how fast this works. I am only on day 2 of taking this and can`t begin to tell you how much more energy I have, and how the morning brain fog is now non existent.
