A friend recommended this and I feel like I was pranked. This gave me diarrhea. I don’t know what’s in this but it obviously didn’t agree with me and I ended up throwing it away.

I got introduced to this product by my brother, who is a singer like me. I open the capsules and pour boiling water over it and add a touch of honey. It makes a delicious tea and it does great things for my voice...almost as good for it as warm blackberry brandy ;)
