So tasty!! I’ve order this multiple times. The raspberry lemonade and blue coconut are fantastic flavors. Mixes very well! There is a very very small amount the doesn’t mix in, but I’ve had many powdered drinks before and this is one is one of the very best dissolvable powders. Digests well and works as intended. As someone with ADHD, I really struggle with going to bed on time. I bought this to help me get to bed earlier. I would say that as someone who really fights going to bed on time, this hasn’t helped me move my bed time very much. So that is still a work in progress, but this is now part of my bed time routine which is a step in the right direction! However, I wear an Apple Watch to bed every night to track my sleep quantity and quality, and this has improved my sleep quality- I get more deep sleep now! Deep sleep is so important for mental health in general. So if you have ADHD and are also trying to make a bedtime routine, this is a great thing to help get deeper sleep and get some more hydration before bedtime as you continue to build the habit.

First I want to start off by saying this is one of the best tasting powders I’ve ever tried. Most of them always have an odd like chalky aftertaste. This one does not. It dissolves very easy in water and I loved using it with crushed ice took it over the top! I do think my sleep quality was better after drinking this twice a day for about 2 weeks. I did drink this along with taking saffron to try to help with my overall mood and I believe it did help me. There are a lot of claims that this product helps you to lose weight as well. While I did not lose weight I did see a difference in my bloated looking stomach. Overall this is a quality drink that I would order again I just wish it didn’t cost so much. I guess if you’re not drinking the way the directions say it will last you a while but drinking two a day it runs out really quick for the price of it.

I genuinely felt the need to write this review. For starters I’m a skeptic about everything and everyone. I was convinced TikTok was overhyping the benefits of this up. I got raspberry lemonade. Flavor is AMAZING yet it has no sugar which is mind blowing because it is sweet. I won’t go without this product again. Let me explain: I have extremely bad anxiety and it’s the worst it’s ever been since my mother passed away 2 years ago. It hasn’t been very good for me. My anxiety comes and goes multiple times throughout the day but it is definitely an everyday thing for me I ordered Nello yesterday, and I must say that my anxiety has literally went from what is usually a 7-10 to a solid 2-3. The physical effects of my anxiety for me are usually very intense: heart racing, red face, hot ears, and an overwhelming urge to cry or spazz out. In these 2 days I’ve drank nello, that anxiety feeling is so minimal compared to what I’m used to

I ordered the raspberry lemonade container and it smells delicious, the flavor is there but it does have an almost chalky after taste (not terrible but it is there). Also was a little disappointed when I opened it as it was only half full and there was no scoop for serving size or recommended water amount for dosage so I kinda had to eyeball / wing it. I’m sure they couldn’t fill the container to the brim as it does need some air movement but was just surprised to see it half empty before even using it. Overall, I’d give the flavor 7.5/10. The packaging is a lil wack but hoping this product works for me.
