Saw an ad for these and decided to try it, why not. I’m glad I did! The ingredients seem beneficial, it’s easy to use and I prefer drinking the supplement rather than swallowing a pill. It’s really quick easy to mix in, texture isn’t an issue, and the taste isn’t bad at all! I was worried I wouldn’t notice a difference, but that wasn’t the case for me! Just need to be consistent. I do feel like I have more energy and a bit more relaxed as opposed to when I don’t take it. No side effects that I noticed either! Overall I do really like this and have purchased a second time. It tastes kind of like pre-workout which gives me goosebumps when just mixed with water but tastes really good with a little lemonade and water. Also, I really think it helps with my nighttime routine and I sleep better when I drink it. My main issue is the packaging and how it mixes. The packaging is terrible. The main bag is difficult to tear open and the individual packs almost never rip correctly and end up ripping down the entire side. Not a huge deal but makes interacting with it frustrating. Also it doesn’t like to mix. I don’t know how people are mixing this with soda water because you have to mix it so vigorously to avoid a bunch of powder balls. As for me, I have been adding this to my water in the afternoon with my lunch and for the past week I’ve seen myself more relaxed, better focus and much better sleep at night.
