    • HUGE! Hard to swallow. No effect. Zero. Nada.

These capsules are absolutely huge - bigger than fish oil - which makes them hard to swallow. And to top it off, you need *a lot of them* every day. I tried this product for a month and felt absolutely no results. No change in testosterone-related symptoms at all. Not recommended.

I’ve been mostly on a plant based diet over the last 2 years and then had some iron deficiency issues come up so I turned to liver supplements since I couldn’t catch up as quickly as I would have liked. So far, grazin has been great. The smell and taste aren’t an issue at all, easier than taking a Tylenol. My iron levels are getting back to where they need to be and I feel good.
