    • Seem to be working for me
The adrenal pills I used to take have been discontinued so I thought I’d try these. They seem to be helping my energy and mood. The downside is that the pills are too big for me personally to swallow, - they aren’t particularly tasty and some sticks in my teeth when I chew them.

    • Read this if you are prone to allergies!
I love Garden of Life (GoL) and their products, and originally I loved this product. However, and this is not GoL fault, after about 6 months I developed an allergic reaction to ashwagandha. I had no idea you could have a reaction months after starting usage, but sadly, I found out that this is a possible outcome and others have had a similar reaction. So, I wanted to post a PSA, if you begin to itch and/or have hives -- stop using and see your doctor. If you know you CAN take ashwagandha, this is a great product! I highly-highly recommend and am jealous. Please note, people complain about the size but it is so easy to snap it in half. Like, it takes no effort at all. ... show more

I have had a low energy level for quite sometime. I had a lady that does bio-feedback suggest an adrenal complex! This has served me so well. My energy level has really increased. I plan to keep this supplement, always. Thanks.

I got this product because All the reviews were saying how it gave them so much more energy during the day, that’s ultimately what I was looking for, but found that it makes me go right to sleep. First two days I took one pill in the morning and literally was so relaxed and drowsy, I took a four our nap - thank God it was the weekend. Now, I take one pill at night and I go and stay asleep fantastic. Not sure why my results are different than other people but if you need something to help you sleep, this might be just the thing…. ... show more

Took this supplement for 2 months & didn't realize it was helping as much as it was! Due to this one being out of stock, I purchased a different brand with similar ingredients & the difference was stifling, even stopped taking that one to see if it was the problem but no. This supplement is not the best Adrenal supplement I have used. Ingredients seemed valid but it’s a very large pill and the consistency leads me to believe there is a lot of filler to this.
